Hotel Milazzo

Good location and nicely equipped. Safe on site parking. I left my car there while I went to the islands for a few days, extra charge but reasonable.

Internet was bad and unusable at times. Restaurant was closed for dinner on the Sunday.

Loved the Nutella pump at breakfast. Coffee machine didn't make great coffee.

The parking was free, but was a little tricky as there was a water truck and cop car parked there everyday, which made for some situations where people had to be double parked.

A very average hotel, nothing special.

The biggest disappointment was the pillows – flat, small, and no extra ones available, which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Far from historic city centre from Milazzo. No good value for money. It is expensive. No one supporting/serving during breakfast.

Although it is close to the refinery, the area is clean, the room clean, the bed very good. There is a large supermarket nearby. You can walk to the center.

* Fantastic view to a gas station and what appears to be a car wash.* Difficult to walk from the train station. There are no side walks and the traffic makes it unsafe. Not a hotel's fault, but affects the experience.* Too expensive for the location. I feel like a cheaper hotel but next to the ferry terminals would have been a better deal.

Size of the room and size of the beds. Also staff very nice and helpful. Good brekfast.

they should put a note saying that the water is not free! and they should tell you in advance how much will be the shuttle too!

Excellent hotel to go to Stromboli ferry. Manager personally dropped us off and picked us back up. Left our car in hotel parking lot for a small fee while in Stromboli. Location is close to ferry. Area is not super attractive (you need a car, it is not in the center), but hotel itself is perfect. We had a family room (4 persons), which was very nice. Nice breakfast also. Tip: The hike to "La Piscina di Venera" (pool of Venus, a natural pool on the sea with crystal clear water) is just 20 minutes away by car.
