Everything! We had a wonderful get away. Location, staff, view, breakfast all was beyond great. Nothing to complain about and definitely recommended.

The soap provided smelled bad.

Beautiful place with great facilities, sauna, pools and especially well-equipped gym. Food was very good, especially the buffet for dinner. Great room as well.

Not the closest to the famous Dolomites hikes (more than 1h away by car), and no smart TV to access streaming apps.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience.Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu.A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

Dinner is between 7 and 9 pm, at 8 pm 80% of food at the buffet is gone (the only thing they brought was one foccacia cut in pices at 20:50); breakfast is poor; the heating turns off automatically during the night so You wake up in colder room; the bathroom in the room is also colder all the time because no matter how long you leave room key inside and turn on the heating, the radiator in bathroom doesn't work; swimming pool on first day was ok, on the second day was already cold; you have to search for the staff if you want a towel at the swimming pool.... but the staff in the restaurant is nice.

The hotel rooms and facilities are extremely clean. We enjoyed the whirlpool and saunas, especially in the outdoor area. Our food was very tasty and the staff at the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming. We recommend this hotel!

Wonderful hotel, amazing service and great breakfast buffet and top dinner experience every day. The wine and digestive recommendations of Cristian were spot on every day. His service really made our stay special and his knowledge of pairing the food with wines was spot on and his character really made the whole experience special. The hotel is very clean, friendly staff, exceptional infrastructure, very comfortable rooms. Also the wellness treatments of Isabella were amazing and we couldn't get enough of it. We'll definitely go back!

We were there for a spa retreat but the facilities were open only between 3-7pm every day. We do understand the environmental approach to this but for someone who doesn't ski, it would be great to access the spa facilities all day long. Unfortunately, there is no kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee and no shelf in the shower for cosmetics. But overall, there are no complaints at all.

The food is amazing and definitely worth it. Very friendly staff who create really relaxed and enjoyable breajfast and dinner experience. The Spa is great and spacious with very nice outside pool and great saunas.

The information that the room did not have a balcony as advertised only came after booking it, which is not ideal if this would have been a deal-breaker for us.

The room was a bit small for 3 persons. The price was a bit high, but acceptable for the conditions which the hotel is offering.

We had an amazing stay at the Bonfanti Design Hotel. Our room was absolutely gorgeous with a massive terrace and an amazing view and a fireplace! The food was insanely good, michelin star quality every single night. The breakfast was also super comprehensive with a great selection! The spa amenities' were also great and super super clean, there were about 9 different types of sauna! Finally, the staff were very accommodating and professional.

Wonderful hotel with excellent Spa and Food.We enjoyed 5 days of relaxing holiday.Pools and sauna are all very new.Spa was not overcrowded at any time so that we really could relax every day.Kitchen in the hotel is brilliant and the cooking team provided new food highlights every day.Surronding of the hotel is perfect for outdoor activities.We will come back for sure.

Hotel is located close to main road,but this had no impact on our stay in the hotel as our room was located in the newly renovated part of the hotel which is on the opposite of the building and not facing to the road.

Everything was nice . Good good and nice people The spa area its also great We recommend also a day trip to Lago Di Bries as it’s only 40min drive

Fantastic facilities for Pools inside and outside, nice restaurant and terrace, nice room with a balcony towards the mountains, great buffet for breakfast and dinner. Free car parking (options for electric cars too).

Little Elevator, some people from the staff were unpleasant, water should have been included for all the dinners considering the price dinner paid, access to the pools were not allowed after or before check-out check-in sincerely this is nonsense as in other hotels this is common and basic welcoming for people staying for many nights. Room fridge was not working.

The food and service were amazing. Literally nothing we ate didn't taste bad. Bed and pillows were extra cozy so we really got some good night sleep. Overall very clean.

The hotel is located by the very loud street so to window has to be shut close while slepping because of the noise. Also, there were no curtains in the room. The bathroom light is quite dark on the other hand.

Buffet closed 21:00 and everything was cleaned up when I tried to get 2nd round dishes.

The restaurant is very good. Very good breakfast and dinner. All the facilities are nice. Room is clean and comfortable.

Charging fee for the car is super expensive (EUR 1/kWh). There was no shampoo/shower gel in our bathroom for two days. The reception was not able to help at all in the evening when we asked. There is no coffee in the room. This was not expected for a 4-star hotel.
