That is was kids friendly, the slide, the pool, the games.

The pool was cold even with 38 degrees Celsius outside!

Friendly staff. Basic but clean. The staff offered to move a table into the room if I needed a desk.

It was ok.

Very friendly greeting, great staff. Comfortable rooms & lovely breakfast. They also made a real fuss of my little dog.

It's not a huge deal, but the food choice for dinner was very limited. I am fussy & struggled with what was on offer.

Minor points1- it would have been fab to have a English Channel on tv .. there is only so much news you can listen to.. but appreciate I’m was in France..2- a little more light in bedroom would have been good.

Sabrina was a fantastic host. So friendly and very good with advice on places to eat.

A few fittings in the bathroom (209) were a bit loose.

Great location at the junction to several major routes - despite that the hotel was surrounded by trees and quiet in the evening. The facilities were spot on and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Felt totally at ease throughout my stay.

A common problem in most hotels - at times the hotel was understaffed "front of house" - too much to do for so few people..... That said all the staff were helpful and multi tasking to keep guests comfortable - good show!

Basic fairly small room but as a 'Value for Money' hotel this was to be expected and it had everything we needed. We weren't expecting a restaurant and bar but it turned out there was one and we had an exceptionally nice meal that evening that was very reasonable priced. I would highly recommend this. It even had a 'Cognac' menu which we had to sample of course as we were staying in Cognac!

Nothing- all good

Staff friendliness was much above the average which was cool! Overall comfortable hotel with big parking. Super tasty and varied breakfast. Nice kids play zone with a slide in lobby.

Wear & tear is visible in the rooms and common areas. AC did not work properly despite it was not a hot day. Hair dryer blew out at the end of our stay.

The beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The price was great.

It was noisy around our room. Room temperature was too warm. There was a very large group of students accessing breakfast when we were there.

Access is down a flight of steps. Not easy for those with limited mobility. Discounts were available for eating at other restaurants but we were not made aware of them Worse thing was the hotel took a 320 euro deposit on arrival out of our bank. When we checked out 2 days later we had not used anything like that amount. They then charged the full 265 euros of our bill. At this point 12 hours after check out, they still have both payments and I am told it will take 2 days to refund me my deposit. This is apparently normal practise for this Ibis. We have stayed at other Ibis who don’t take a deposit. Also we never saw the bill for our evening meal and still don’t understand the breakdown. We were just told it was just added to our bill. I would not recommend this hotel for this reason.

Good size rooms. Bar area with pool table. Excellent breakfast. Loads of car parking on site.

Thrre was really nothing. I didn't like. The hotel is situated away from the city centre in a retail park, 1km from the main dual carriageway, but I knew this when I booked. The retail park includes a Buffalo Grill restaurant, where we went for our evening meal. There is also a Burger King.

We have two big bedrooms and they were comfortable. Breakfast was also nice.

The location was busier than we expected.

The position close to the town centre. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Bathroom needs some upgrades

Merçi c'est superb excellent staff, nothing was to much trouble very well explained, breakfast amazing great choice, clean cool rooms, special thank you to Sabrina very welcoming. A bientôt.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself had a great selection of toys/board games for the kids and the football table was a welcome distraction after a long drive.

Not many vegetarian/vegan option on the evening menu.

Close to town centre. 10 min drive

It's in a fairly basic part of town. In an industrial estate off a main road. Opposite an aldi... Which was not the ideal location Rooms very dark. Beds ok but 4 people in the room was so cramped. Staff ok. Did not eat as did not fancy it. Wish I spent a little more for a bit more comfort
