B&B HOTEL Poitiers 1 Futuroscope

Easy check in and comfortable room. Fridge and freezer in kitchen available.

Shower did not get warm.Beds were seperate (could be my fault in booking.)

The beds

The price and the noise

It is clean and quite.

No facilities. Not even a kettle.

Friendly staff. Near Futuroscope.

No outdoor seating. Freezing of ice packs refusal. Not in Poitiers itself.

The room was adequate. Free parking

The room was dated and a bit tired. Shower curtain short , letting water on the floor

Good value for money. We stopped for one night when visiting futuroscope. The beds were comfortable. It is 15mins walk to the park.

It is by the main road so can be noisy but we had so much fun in the park that we were too tired and slept well.

Just ideal off the motorway and up and gone next day plenty of restaurants nearby and a lot of them pet friendly.

Very close to the touristic places. Clean.

Check in machine not efficient. Breakfast not enough place to seat.

The bed was really great.

The bathroom, the breakfast (not acceptable for the price), the ambience. For 126,-€ I expected better, more comfortable and friendly.

Parking was good. I generally like B&B Hotels a lot, but this one is to avoid.

Breakfast was terrible. Coffee impossible to drink. No cold cuts, no ham. Breakfast room super small, crowded with people, no room to sit. We had one hour of fire alarm at 7 in the morning. No one was able to turn it off. Personnel was completely useless.

clean room with all you need

room a bit small

Nice basic hotel, very good impression after visiting! Very helpful staff, slight problems were handled in a very gentle manner!

Nothing to report!

easiness to check in, clean and accessible

everything was ok

very clean and tidy

fire alarm went off at 11pm and nobody on-site to give any information

Minimal

Cold room no heating blocked sink shower very small

Secure parking. Comfortable bed.

Sitcom did not work. Room set up for one despite 2 people staying in a double. Only one pillow and one towel. Shutters down on reception once we’d checked in 8pm, room was unbearably hot. Others complaining at breakfast. Room for breakfast far too small and minimal range.

The beds are comfortable and clean.

If I will go back to this area I will not book in these hotel again, staff are not courteous when we check in, then it wakes you up in the morning with fire alarm and they have no explanation if it is a drill or you need to evacuate.

Convenient location for onward travel the room was clean the hotel was clean

The room was smaller than I expected. Breakfast a little basic

It’s clean, personal is nice

Rooms very small, breakfast can improve a lot

Location is good (we were on a long drive) and the bed was comfortable.

What this hotel is doing is quite cheeky. We've booked our night stay on B&B Futuroscope 1 and it was accepted. However, minutes later we've received a message saying they were moving our stay to Futuroscope 3 because the other one wasn't available. If it wasn't, then why did you accept the booking in the first place? This meant that the quality wasn't as good but they've charged the same nightly price! For pretty much the same price you can find better quality rooms in the area - our was a tiny room in the back with a very very basic bathroom.
