Toilet lid/Seat broken...Work top area too small...Noisy neighbours...

Its location, friendly staff.

The room was too cold. It needs an update.

Cosy rooms, good air conditioning. Quiet and calm.

The breakfast options were poor. So was the dinner buffet.

Hotel perfect for passing through motorway access. Buffet dinner and breakfast perfect! Addition of kettle in room excellent as we like our cup of tea.

Bathroom and toilet would benefit from update and loo replaced. (smelly)

Nice restaurant and bar, clean functional room. Staff were helpful, good breakfast buffet.

Bed linen was clean but scratchy, rooms are small, the evening buffet was expensive for what it was, the chips were cold!

Nice breakfast and convenient for Futuroscope.

Room had adjoining door with single male in the next room talking loudly on the phone late into the night, each night. Kept us awake.

Close to motorway & nice restaurant.Clean room, comfortable bed.

Stayed in room 212 & room was uncomfortably warm despite setting air con to minimum, leading to poor sleep.

Reception staff made no attempt to understand our limited French. There were questions regarding the facilities in the room which they made little attempt to answer.

Futuroscope proximity

Lift was out of service. 2 stairs with all luggage and high temperature was unfair. Breakfast price of 15€ is very high for a family

Cheap looking and feeling motel off the A10 with 22kw electric chargers and fast charging options nearby.

Staff at reception and bar was rude or had had a bad day, room for a family of four was claustrophobic and would have better fit a single bed, not four. The price was for a four star hotel which cannot be justified by proximity to Futuroscope.

Very convenient for Futuroscope, if that’s what you are doing. Electric charger on site was very handy. Otherwise basic. Good breakfast, plenty of parking. Although it is quite noisy during the day, it is very quiet at night.

Very basic, I would not call this a 3 star but for one night, it would do. Bed is very uncomfortable and sheets are poor quality, definitely not enough towels. Felt more like a roadside motel.

The reception and restaurant seem really nice

The rooms do not look like the pictures, ours was dirty and so tired. We walked out and booked somewhere else and lost our money after paying extra for our dog etc.

Vert close to Futuroscope. Only 10 minutes walk.

Had evening lunch here, the chef and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us, couldn’t thank them enough. Perfect location to Futuroscope only a short walk

The proximity to Futuroscope only 10 min waking distance. This is the only reason we chose this hotel. Breakfast buffet was ok, lounge area could be nice for hanging out in the evening (also because hôtel is in the middle of nowhere) but he has a large and noisy group staying during our stay so it was not enjoyable.

Very basic rooms, small but especially very noisy you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. Not the hotels specific fault but we had noisy people upstairs at night. Also most of the staff was nice but one particular woman that checked us in in the evening was rude and unhelpful. Would not stay again becuase honestly was not that cheap so not even good value for money in my opinion.

Close to highway not noisy clean and nicer breakfast place and easy to find a place for the diner

The mattress in the room

Good location for futuroscope visit and provide a very good solution for dinner if we do not want to have food in futuroscope the whole stay. Staff are helpful.

Some rooms are road facing and could be noisy at the beginning of the night, however the room still has a good sound isolation. Room is warm even though we opened the windows for a long period.
