The position

The toilets didn't flush and no help until the morning during breakfast.

Exactly as advertised and the staff were perfect!

Getting woken up by a repair man outside my window for the broken water heater.

Very clean room, basic but was fine.

Was quite industrial and couldn’t find a restaurant. Thankfully a microwave was in the reception area!

This is the best of the B&B hotels that we have stayed in. It's newer and the rooms are bigger. We had a breakfast for the first time here and it was excellent. We normally have a twin room but, for some reason, at this hotel they were more expensive so we had a double. The beds are queen sized and comfortable. Large bathroom.The microwave was useful to heat food.

The drinks vending machine was out of order but the receptionist made a hot drink.

carparking was easy and plentiful , machine in foyer to obtain a room after hours , and it was quiet No hairdryer or extra pillows

breakfast wasn't great apart from coffee machine equipment wash poor . food choice was abismal

The room suited our needs as we transited through France onto our next destination. The B&B chain is largely no frills, and everything was as expected.

I'm not a fan of the self-check in service and would always prefer to be greeted. But I understand we are moving into a world of more automation.

Good stop off on our way from Caen to Bordeaux-clean, functional, comfortable (bed a little firm) dog friendly room. Basic breakfast but did the trick - yoghurt, pastry, coffee all good!

Location was a bit industrial but nothing really wrong

They have later check-in based on an automatic reception machine, it was very simple to use. I appreciate the short time response of my messages. Also, the parking was safe. It would have been useful for us if there were cars chargers.The room was clean and they clean the room every day

The shower gel and soap dispensers were no longer holding on the wall, they were broken.

Everything was good, typical good quality B&B. The lady on the reception was very friendly and as we were early she checked us in manually which was very much appreciated.

Lack of shops, cafe, restaurants in the area within walking distance.

The check in/check out process is very easy and straightforward which should be adopted by other hotels too. They also have machines at the lobby for food and drinks which is very convenient. The doors are opened through a code too, no need to always bring a key!

The room and toilet are small.

Convenient and good value for money

Breakfast items weren’t the freshest, cremated bacon!

It was ideal for me because I had visited Futuroscope in the day and wanted somewhere to stay over night before travelling to Caen to catch a ferry. The hotel was close to Futuroscope and not expensive. The room was very clean and It had all the facilities I required. The breakfast, which I paid for separately, was good value for the choices on offer.

There wasn't anything I disliked.

I loved futuroscope. You Need A car to get anywhere although it looks close by there is a high way with no pedestrian crossing for at least 15mins

I had to walk 10mins to get WiFi for a bank transfer as they only share WiFi after paid check in. They say they speak English but take offence to anything beyond basic check in Greetings as they do not understand English well enough to assist. The manager is extremely rude and aggressive, she took a video of my 12 year old son after coming into our room and holding the door open until we finished packing to check out. We were running 30mins or so late as my son was unwell and exhausted. When I explained she said she was calling the police and didn't understand much of what I said which was super frustrating. The beds were uncomfortable, sink blocked before we arrived and overall just not cleaned with care or concern

Location

No staff at reception on arrival (10.10pm). The machine to check in was fine, but there was no answer from the help call button. We didn't get a room access code right away and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to actually answer the call button. We were told we were not booked in, and they ended the call with an abrupt goodbye! We eventually had someone else answer who gave us the code. Our dog ripped his claw off on a metal grid placed on mud paths and the hotel staff did not have a first aid kit, blood everywhere and we were offered an old pillow case to rip and make into bandages!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy bed

Lots of broken items in room...shower, bedside light, bedside table. Lumpy pillows.

The room is not big but comfortable. Large double bed with comfortable mattress. The staff is friendly.It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Futuroscope from the hotel.

We checked in late, we found out that the reception was closed after 21:00 on the spot. And the fact that there is a machine for self-registration, we accidentally learned from the staff passing by. It turns out that how to check in after 21:00 the instruction should come, and it came, but after two days of our stay already at the hotel!There are not enough towels, and in particular for hands.Breakfast is not worth the money, no matter what time you come, all the time empty trays and pots. The staff does not have time to replenish food supplies, and there are a lot of people at breakfast.

Close to the futurescope nice staffs, clean unfortunately there was no soap for hand wash in the room. overall our stay was nice.

This hotel had aircon in the room and was convenient to the main route through the region. This is one of three IBIS in the area so check the hotel address. This one is on commercial park but is within walking distance of the Futurescope park. Plenty of free parking and a good buffet continental breakfast is available on site.
