The room was nice.

The fridge in the room didn’t work, the sink in the bathroom didn’t Drain properly. Without warning They charged me 15 euro’s to use the exercise bike and sauna.if you’re looking through the facility’s don’t be fooled.

Lovely old chateau in a good location for travel from Spain to Le Shuttle. The room was very comfortable and we loved that our dog could stay with us. We had a really excellent meal in the restaurant and staff throughout were friendly and helpful.

It has style, Victorian charm and ambience. Nice grounds, though crumbling. Excellent secure parking.

The staff are poorly trained, vaguely arrogant and pointedly indifferent. The restaurant is posh, if haut cuisine Française is to your taste, but overpriced viz the quality.

Lovely building & good facilities. Excellent restaurant for dinner - breakfast unattended by any staff so food offer disappointing.

The bedrooms on the upper floor are cheaply converted & built into the attic, so are disappointingly inferior.

We stayed in the comfort room. It was very spacious, the bed was very comfy and good quality. It had everything you needed. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Lots of parking available. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Very nice building and friendly staff

Although we visited early September it looked like the outside areas were no longer in use. The pictures for the hotel show lovely outside seating but despite the weather being sunny it looked like the chairs were no longer in use with a lot of fallen leaves that hadn’t been cleared. A bit disappointing as it would have been nice to relax in the wonderful gardens after our drive. We went to the park next door instead

Friendly staff, super restaurant. This hotel is a nice historic building in need of a partial refurb. The public areas are comfortable. The spa was enjoyed by some of our group. There is also plenty of parking if you are on a road trip.

The gardens, the fish pond and the chateau stair carpets need urgent attention!

Beautiful Chateau with nice garden and small pool. It is a nice place to unwind and would recommend staying at least for 2 nights

The pool could have been a bit deeper and larger. The breakfast was good but it would be nice to see some more gluten free options

The hotel is very stylish and has a lovely setting on the bank of the river. The restaurant is excellent - better even than it used to be on previous visits. Eating outside in the garden was a real treat.

This manoir with a nice garden and top-notch restaurant is an oasis, not far from the amusement parks. Part of the family can go to the park, whereas others stay at the hotel to enjoy the pool and the spa treatments. The restaurant is of excellent quality. You can easily have the same menu several times, it is so good. The room provides a good rest, with an extra door between entrance area and the room for quietness, and good darkening curtains.

Not much to criticize! The outdoor pool is a bit small, considering that part of it is shallow. The staff was nice, also in written communication, but they could offer more information on different options upon arrival .

Nice quiet location, pleasant, helpful staff, spacious rooms, good restaurant and ample parking.

When we arrived we discovered no hand soap, shampoo, etc in our room. Room cleaning and restocking of toiletries was a bit hit and miss…running out of loo rolls is never fun. There seemed to be no check list for the cleaning of rooms—no good considering what one pays for a room. Garden furniture (including the pool area) was showing much wear and tear. Otherwise we would have rated it a 5.

1) the toilet flush was running/ making noise all night 2) the a/c was making strong noise every hour all night3) the staff in the restaurant was incredibly nice but a simple menu took over two hours overall4) when informing the kind reception staff at check out about the malfunctioning toilets and a/c i just received a simple ‘sorry, i will advise my manager’

The Hotel is very nice, clean and well appointed and the staff were excellent and really friendly. The Bathroom was modern and the shower excellent.

The restaurant looked great and the open plan Kitchen impressive however the menu is expensive and very premium and as we had traveled all day we only wanted a basic meal which was not on available. Likewise with the children's menu. The breakfast felt expensive for what was on offer and 50 Euros seemed a lot for a boiled egg and toast however the quality was good.

Amazing food in the restaurant, nice pool, lovely staff, nice location, thoroughly recommend.

Pool is a little small! Otherwise nothing!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. All our questions got quick anwsers and the staff truly made sure we felt comfortable with our stay.

Warm welcome, comfortable room, super dog friendly. Restaurant has most amazing wine list.

Nothing, restaurant is a bit “funky” but absolutely fine for one night.
