nice room, spacious

the restaurant was closed and I was only informed when I arrived. I asked about the swimming pool twice at reception but I had to go back a 3rd time to ask for the entry code for the pool - i should have been told when I asked the previous times

Cockroaches in the room, sauna not the best, everything not new and not that clean, for a 4 stars hotel only 6/10

Clean and impressive building with plenty of rooms and decent car park

Bit isolated and limited food choices. Shower was broken and had to hand hold the shower as would not fit into riser. No apology or discount offered..

The breakfast, expensive and fast-food feeling like, too expensive for too little. Shameful, tasteless coffee

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Good crossiants.

Disappointed with the standard of room:-Air con doesn't go below 21c which isnt great Tatty room doesn't feel like 4 stars. Dirty carpet. Shower holder didnt hold shower up and bath didnt drain away. Breakfast was okay quite expensive for the quality. Overall felt like the cost per night is a little excessive but its August and school holidays.

Having to find emergency accommodation due to the prebooked establishment being misrepresented on booking.com site was indeed H&S issue (hovel unkempt/squalid building). Hotel Plaza on a modern commecial site provided the haven in a storm- reasonable basic budget "Holiday Inn" type stay. Oliver on Receception was a well spoken young man who was most helpful in welcoming us to the establishment.

As we opted for the deluxe room - found the accomodation was small - the meagre coffee sachets (1 each) with paper/plastic cups inadequate - the basic toiletries disappointing - bathtowels were small and basic quality - the bar facilities with the 1970 vibe was okay however the major issue was with the swarm of flies and no insect repellent/insectocutor visable very unpleasant.

Clean and modern feel, comfotable rooms and beds.

NO HOT WATER. hotel knew at checkin but did not say anything until the morning said they had been having problems for a few days. No compensation. Restaurant menu very limited.

Helpful staff, great rooms and a very good restaurant.

Just upgraded reception and bar areas looks good nicely presented .Rooms are clean and a good size with modern bathroom

The room coffee station had no milk , the restaurant is nice with good service but spoilt by a limited menu choices
