lovely place food and drinks where good staff where friendly

Clean and modern, staff were very friendly

Meals were not being served, we booked here rather than a budget hotel assuming a restaurant.

The location was very good great to get back on the motorway

We were not advised that the restaurant would not be open on the sunday and that there was no where to walk to get a meal had to drive. Was told there was a pizza takeaway behind the other hotel so we took a walk across the industrial estate to find a vending machine

Close to the main highway. Clean rooms. Had bikes to ride to a buffet restaurant, walking would have been too far. The parking lot was free and had many Tesla electric charges for electric cars. Close to the amusement park, although we didn't go there.

Basic rooms (for a 4 star hotel) Basic breakfast. Toilet was making noises.

Service at the restaurant was not at Novotel standard. Understaffed and not experienced.The new front desk style is not good. It looks like students sitting at a table, with papers all over the place!

The property was in total darkness and we spent several minutes looking for the entrance. Walking from car parking to reception required our phone torch to see the way.The restaurant was closed all evening. After driving hundreds of miles and having booked somewhere with a decent restaurant, this was a major disappointment.Breakfast was very ordinary and despite lots of staff around only one attempted to be helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect, we were travelling from Spain to the uk and so the stay was an overnight stay. we arrived at 11pm and the check in process was quick, we left at 7-30am, so didn't experience any of the hotels facilities. Its proximity to the motorway was the reason we booked the hotel and it was perfect.

Location was very good and it has Tesla chargers which we needed, the room was clean and comfortable.

The toilets in reception had a very bad drainage smell, the restaurant was closed when we arrived at 18:00hrs and got no explanation as to why it was closed and the seating area in the bar was not very comfortable.

Dog friendly in the restaurant as well. A la carte is much better than the set menu. Staff very helpful and very large comfortable rooms.

Safe in room had to be unlocked. Sink plug was jammed. The room should have been checked more thoroughly.
