Pleasant

No air conditioning, room dirty, shower didn't work, bed uncomfortable

Lovely pillows and comfortable bed.Very good breakfast. Plenty of parking

Hotel was tired and needed updating. Carpet in bedrooms needed replacing.

Good location with free parking, perfect to our visit to Futuroscope.

The bunk bed for the children moved a lot and was a little noisy.

Very friendly staff, excellent price/quality ratio on location and breakfast!

The beds were super comfortable

The room was dirty, lots of dust... and the toilet did not work...If they took better care of those issues, it would be great...

Good qualIt price for visiting Futuroscope

No air con during Summer timeNo food around

This place was absolutely filthy. The carpets particularly were stained beyond any hope of cleaned

The place was absolutely filthy. Disgusting, smelly, dirty carpets and an unbearable stench throughout the room. Not acceptable even for a declared 'budget' accom.

Stayed here many times always good value and the staff are great. My request for a ground floor room (due to me having to carry elderly dog up stairs.)was not initially available . However Jean Paul waived his wand and found me a ground floor room, total satisfaction

Requested room should have been available.

The location was OK, staff at reception as well. However there was no warm water and a cold shower after a 12 hour drive is not something to look forward too. The person(s) in the next room must have been upset about it too and were seemingly banging their head against the wall - quite noisy in the middle of the night.

A warm shower would have been nice. Other than that is was OK.

Very friendly receptionist. Convenient location and easy to get to with/without a car. Comfy bed ?

Could be cleaner I guess. Then again the bed was clean. Which is the most important.

Stopped over here many times and post Covid is getting back to normal, breakfast is not a buffet at the moment but the service is good, At last the hot water is at a decent temperature

Nothing exactly what I would expect

Cheap, quick, free parking, friendly frontdesk.

Corrosion, not dirty just very old. It was very small, the shower had no curtain so the entire "bathroom" including toilet will get just as wet as you will. But it was a shower, a bed and we could be on our way again.

Passable

The room to small bathroom shower low water pressure

I was traveling to Spain so stopped in Poitier for one night. The room was small but perfect for one person. The location is good for travelers (close to the main road). The man behind the desk was very kind. I didn’t have breakfast there but he offered me a free cup of coffee.

Excellent. clean, secure friendly staffall good ?

Friendly staff and comfortable bed which was clean as were the towels. When we arrived none of the plugs were working in the room but staff did rectify this.

The room was very dirty, stains up the walls and filthy carpet. Bathroom very stained and shower kept falling off the wall. Soap dispenser not working.

Parking on site, good value

Location - a long way to restaurants and bars after a long drive

Have stayed here many times and now that covid is not preventing travel, nice to see these hotels operating again, great for pets.

The hot water was not "hot" ,I was told it is set at 16 degrees which is a temperature for a summers day not for hot water, it needs to be 25 -30 to reach the rooms "hot"

..great location and wonderful resepcionist! quiet and easy check in & out

small bath, dirty, smelly carpet floor :/ old and outdated place..
