Hôtel Akena Poitiers Nord Futuroscope

The hoteo is Ok, its clean and well maintained.

It has no heating system. They had to go and bring small heaters which were not functioning well. There is no complimentary water provided in the room and breakfast was quite basic

Really good breakfast , spacious renovated rooms , very good grounds for our dogs to play , excellent & helpful reception staff.Easy location to find with restaurants close by.

All good

Excellent friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious rooms very clean . Good grounds for our dog to run in safely.

It was clean! They have a nice terrace and a swimming pool but we arrived late so it was already night, we couldn’t swim. I saw a beautiful sunrise from the room!

Near to Futurescope. Staff was kind.

The room need a kettle and some coffee, tea.

The pool area was quite pleasant friendly staff

Hotel was fine but felt a little run down. The derelict brasserie next door didn't help. Location was convenient for Futuroscope but its situation in an industrial estate didn't help the ambiance

Comfortable bed, good pool

No mini fridge in the room.

It was very clean and comfortable staff spoke good English and were friendly. Even got discount in restaurants in front of it by just showing room key

Location to futurescope. Staff are great. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean.

The room need a kettle and some coffee .

The only good thing is the location, which is close to the Futuroscope.

The place does not match the photos shown on the website at all.The breakfast is very poor and not acceptable. The place is old and not well maintained.

The staff was super friendly and supportive. The lobby was comfortable and I could do some work from it drinking a nice beer from the tap. The tables, pinball machine and claw machine at the lobby were really fun to have. There are many restaurants around by walking distance.

The TV only supported public channels and there were not so many cartoons available for my child to watch. We wanted to use the pool, but unfortunately it was too deep for my 3 y/o. Parking was not covered.

Excellent parking , a good garden for the dogs to play and a swimming pool .Staff were friendly and very helpful.

No food available for gluten free . No tea or coffee in the room.

It is very basic, but has everything you need and a pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It does feel a bit tired, but it is reflected on the price accordingly

Nice lay out. Very friendly staff. Big rooms. Quiet.

Only negatives were there was no illumination of the hotel sign and it’s tucked away behind the F1 so difficult to find at night. Bed was very firm.

Great & very helpful staff, decent breakfast . Great grounds for our dogs to have fun .Easy location for our route to & from Spain. Also the newly refurbished bedrooms have been very well done & are spacious & good value.

Nothing to not like?.

Nothing to not like

Greeted by nice check in staff. Location good for our needs. Breakfast was adequate even for the teenagers. Bathrooms spacious.

Pool area in desperate need of work. Uneven patio broken paving and furniture broken. We asked for rooms to be close together...they were on different floors meaning one adult had to be in each room with teenagers.

Lokatie

Stank, outdated, hangt muffig geur in hele hotel.

Well priced hotel close to highway and futuroscope
