    • Poor

    Cons -

    • The bathroom was big enough but smelly. The room is too small and not so clean, the cleaning service is more concentrated on the floor and at the sealing a lot of spider nets. The only one bed is to small for two persons.Only one towel and that one small size.Breakfast is expensive for the poor sortiments founded.
    • Smell in one of the rooms because someone had been smoking in there.
    • It must have taken forty minutes to get to the room. At first, the key card did not work, it was programmed twice, but it did not work. They changed my room. In the second room there was no light in the bathroom, the condition of the switches was life-threatening, bare wires were visible. In the third room, designed for three people, there was only one towel! The bathroom door wouldn't close. But I didn't care anymore, I wasn't sure that the next hotel room wouldn't have more surprises waiting for me.

    The coffee and gated parking

This was a really bad stopover for us travelling Spain to BavariaTwo rooms booked. We complained hoping for a room away from the busy road, but told the hotel was fully booked. Firstly the door key card did not work, so everytime I needed to enter I had to get the reception to open with his master key. Once inside the room it was plain to see someone had smashed the card lock. I took a shower, and discovered dripping wet there were NO towels in my room. So needed to dry myself with my dirty washing, to then go back to reception for a towel. Then showered up again. Leaving my door open was a huge risk.Outside on the walkways were several groups of unsavourly characters smoking. It was plain to see perhaps 10 rooms were being used to house two men per room, many supplied with identical foot wear. These were NOT your usual contractors. Either they were asylum seeks or criminals serving community work being housed there. They were not French but mostly speaking something similar to Russian, some looked Kurdish. At 10pm the fire alarm went off, people evacuated to the outside. The alarm probably set off by the above men, smoking in their bedrooms. This group continued partying into the early hours, drinking and arguing well past 2am, on outside walkways. Not the type of people you confront. It was impossible to sleep. My wife resorted to sleeping in the car. Also interesting that they were being fed else where, no breakfast, and in the morning driven away in a large van without seating at 8am. Quite frankly we did not feel safe, these were unsavoury men. As for the room, cigarette burns all over the vinyl floor and sink. Curtain damaged, no card to open the door, and very very noisy next to a busy road.So that is the last time we will book with Premier Classe.

    Coffee was good, gated parking

Where do I start. Generally felt grubby with cigarette burns all over the vinyl floor and sink. There was NO toilet seat. Various fixtures smashed like the air con and electrical sockets. The photos on the web are not true.

    Disappointing

rooms very poorly maintained. Aircon not working, cable not routed. Towels not ample.

    1SimonPosted on: 6-19-2023

The rooms resemble prison cells and frankly the entire hotel could have been modelled on a prison block. The aircon didn’t work which meant it was stifling. The shower space is so small it was ridiculous. The furniture was decrepit. The room was clean and that just about is all that can be said. A more charmless place it would be difficult to find. I wasn’t expecting luxury but to wake up and think this is what it’s like to be in prison wasn’t the experience I’d banked on

Design, architecture, meanness of the vision, the prison vibe

dirty, prostitutes in hotel. burning holes in matras

Arrived late at night. Concierge was onsite and friendly. Check-in went smoothly despite the late hour.

Room was small, Topbed was quite close to ceiling. Vent in bathroom was dirty. Walls in the room were dirty. Entire place looked rather smug.

Nothing. Truly dire. Would give it 0 if possible.

Everything. We stayed a few years ago and it was basic but OK so we decided to stay again on a stopover on a long road trip. It was a big mistake. Truly awful experience. It took an hour to check in because the keycard didn't work and after several tries the staff on night duty had to unscrew the lock. Once we were in the room we noticed the air con didn't work and on a night during a heatwave this wasn't an option. The mould on the walls was seriously unhealthy. So we requested another room. This room didn't actually have a key at all so if we both went out then we couldn't get back in again! The general diabolical state of repair and the spiders everywhere was shocking. Nothing could make me go back to this awful hotel.

mich too expensive for what we had !

it was old, noisy, difficult to find, too tiny and too expensive !

    3AnouckPosted on: 6-3-2022

    The sheets were clean.

The fire alarm went off 3times because of a guest was smoking in his room. Very disturbing at 3o’clock in the morning. The sirene was located in front of our room (6).

    Disappointing

Old,dirty and nit very well maintained

    5AlisonPosted on: 11-1-2021

Clean bedding but the room itself needed a coat of paint although it was warm and reasonably clean.

The bathroom door was very squeaky on opening / closing as was the catches and hinges - so obviously a maintenance issue.

    5GuneyPosted on: 8-16-2021

The staff kindly received us even though it was late hour.

The room smelled rather funky - it wasn't aired and cleaned properly over the many weeks / months.

Staff are very kind and helpful. Room was ok and clean except the duvet that was visibly too old and need to be changed.Good for that price and easy to access.
