The room was clean, the service is very kind and nice, and the breakfast is also very rich and good.

It's a bit annoying that you have to pay extra to use the indoor pool even though it's winter and the outdoor pool isn't available. And despite the payment, the time is limited to an hour and a half. It left a bit of a bad taste in the overall experience of the hotel.

We really liked it. They could have a night light in the bathroom would be my only suggestion.

A very relaxed and quiet atmosphere, even with families with kids. Quiet rooms. Non-touristic atmosphere. The food and drinks are delicious but a bit expensive. We had a package that included dinners, which I highly recommend. The meals were five-star. The enormous beach is not far and not crowded, with a variety of beach restaurants. It is quite far from the Lisbon Airport, but it is worth escaping the flood of tourists!

The drinks and snack bar are a bit expensive. The AC in the rooms didn't cycle off when the temperature was lower. It kept blowing all night long. We ended up with runny noses as a result of this. We had a room facing the street which was a bit noisy at times. Next time, we will get a garden view.

Very comfortable

Room 313 bugged a little bit when putting the card in and closing the door, and no spa for free was a bummer but all good.

The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast buffet is really good. The hotel is quite.

The design is a little bit dark for me.

The hotel has very strong air freshener fragrances everywhere- in the rooms, hallways and elevators etc. Given that many people have allergies I’m surprised by such strong use of air fresheners

The staff are every welcoming, the area is nice and quiet but close enough to a Aldi, pharmacy and with 5/10 mins drive to the beach

It is called an attitude 4 star hotel whatever that means. It was comfortable enough but very dark with predominantly black decor and minimum lighting. In the main corridor, I had to use my phone torch to find the key card in my wallet and was so dark I almost tripped over a vacuum cleaner tube lying across it. Room lighting only just adequate.The furniture in the restaurant is basic, black and quite damaged. The hotel would not be good for anyone with sight issues. Bed was comfy and shower etc OK. Breakfast good, other food OK but service slow. Room rate quite good value for money in comparison with other hotels. Staff pleasant. Spa and pool OK but with care needed around black steps and drops The photo shows the corridor illuminated by flash. The reality is much darker.This review is from the perspective of a couple in their 70s. It may appeal to others.

Excellent choice of food at breakfast and dinner.Location was good but had to use uber to visit the city. Local transport okay but one needs to have cash euros.

The New Year's lunch was disappointing.The interior design is to dark,especially in the corridor at night time.

Hotel has a nice spa area

Very hot bedrooms with no possibility to actually manage it, had to be with the window and bedroom doors open for a good 30 mins to try to chill it a bit. Breakfast is quite weak for such a cost

It wasn't all clean and needed some repairment. The chairs in the restaurant were a bit wobbly. Staff was great though!

Breakfast was hardly anything there for a 4*. The spa smelt disgusting. No one there to help you or show you around.

Spacious room & bathroom, good breakfast

The room was very dark and all the lighting in public places was also dark. Furnishings all seem to be black or brown. It felt like a business hotel, not holiday.

This is one of the worst hotels I stayed at. But I will share the good parts first. 1. Breakfast was good, some variety but its repetitive.- All the ‘warm’ breakfast options, despite being in a bay marine, was cold. I went down for breakfast at 7:30 when the breakfast opened, it should not be cold. - There was a rude lady at the breakfast area, when I asked for a plate, she looked at me and pointed to a small plate. 2. Indoor swimming pool (which they call a spa, it is not) was warm and nice but you have to pay 10 euros for it, which I think is irrational. 3. I truly regretted staying here. I eventually booked another hotel with booking.com which I was 100% happy with.

1. Turkish bath none operational for weeks and still you get charged for using the indoor heated pool. 2. Bed slopes when sleeping making it super uncomfortable, honestly made me miss my own bed at home. 3. The room was freezing cold no extra blankets and the heating did not work. This gave me a HORRIBLE COLD. I am now home with the flu which literally started after my night at this hotel when the heater was letting off cold air instead of warming the room. 4. Old hotel, perished, super depressing, outside not pleasant on the eye at all, dark colours makes it feel worse. No one want to feel dull at a hotel on vacation or especially on a business trip. The hotel looks NOTHING LIKE THE AMAZING PICTURES. 5. This hotel is SUPER FAR AWAY from everything, airport, central Lisbon and all trains and buses. The hotel does not offset this when any shuttle or anything. 6. I constantly got disconnected from the internet. Very very bad connection in the room, constantly offline - It affected me substantially, the hotel is far from any transport so I needed an uber which i could not call because i constantly did not have internet connection. so I had to purchase data at 25 euros for days. 7. Cost of the inconvenience- purchase data and sim, added expense for Uber rides, airport costs, everytime you want to go to a restaurant, anywhere basically. I caught a cold, BECAUSE OF THE AIRCON ISSUE, which resulted in a doctor bill. 8. Light in hallway of the room has a 15 second timer, this resulted me having to walk up and down to keep activating the timer, SERIOUSLY F****N ANNOYING. 9. Not enough ventilation in the room. I had to open the door to let some air in but then it was too cold. Oxygen and ventilation is a big problem, lack of fresh air can ruin your day. 10. No coffee in the room, apparently you have to make a special request ---Why should I ask?11.No water served in the room, even though I booked for a whole week. Super disappointing.

The staff were great. Very warm and friendly. The room was beautiful.

Breakfast, was a standard buffet. Unfortunately, the vegetarian options were considerably low. Dinner, was a set menu-- I don't think this was previously advertised. Nevertheless, I was not impressed by the options available. Much better to visit the surrounding restaurants or go into the city which is only thirty-minutes away.The hallway was far too dark.There was no welcome guide/instruction pamphlet for guests. This is needed for guests to find where things are/ how to use them e.g. the thermometer etc. Avoided the outside swimming pool as it was swarming with flies.I booked a massage, however, the room was so cold that it ruined my experience.
