nothing, i even didn’t sleep there

personal drunk, and taking extra money for nothing, everywhere trash, a lot of some not good persons, fullynot recomend

Needed one night stop over with dog near supermarket

No towels state of showers need refreshing one toilet locked

The location.The gentleman at reception when we arrived was very nice. the facilities were clean.

The lady that was there at breakfast was ok, but not that friendly. She did her job...but also very busy on her mobile.Lots of vans parked which looked like they were going to sleep in the car park. Makes the place look unsafe.I didn't like and didn't expect that the toilets and showers were shared and that there were not towels.The room was very small for 3 beds and the beds were also too small.

Location good

Unable to hang shower up and shower curtain too short so floor wet. Window blind did not work, and room very hot and unable to open window wide due to having a cat. Very noisy and door difficult to open. Basic maintenance needed.

The proprietor was very, very friendly and helpful. Just an amazing guy. The rooms were small but clean.

It's out of town, so one has to rely on the restaurants close-by unless you want to drive into town.And as France goes, these are not to great, and pretty pricey.

Cheap near motorway

F1 charges twice through booking com and when you use access through atm outside the premises Staff came back and said ‘No English!’

Very poor

The young girl on the reception had a bad attitude. . My room door would not lock, and I had to show her, but she did not understand. Even when showing her the problem, she just walked away. After going back to reception, she gave me a key. I'm a 63 year old English male, and we were using an app to translate. At one point, she said that I wasn't English as I didn't understand her.The room was hot,and there was a lot of noise coming from near by road, and I found lot's of bugs in the room because window was wide open, didn't complain as I knew that it would go on deaf ears. Would I stay there again, not a chance, in he'll.

Disappointing

Bad smell, both in the room and in the hallways and in the bathroom, dampness and unsanitary bathrooms.

The first room she gave us had 2 separate beds so my husband went and got it changed. The rooms are so tiny. The sheets were clean but only 2 pillows so you cannot rest against wall. Showers we’re good but corridor was grubby and in need of re decoration. I will not stay there again

Staff were all very nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable

Breakfast was poor. Baguette was so chewy you could have used it as a door stop. The cake needed rehydration. The coffee was acceptable

The doors slamming were a problem. No soft close mechanism.

I liked that the hotel was quiet. Well heated.

The floors weren’t clean enough to walk with shoes.

It was really noisy with guests playing music and shouting throughout the night along with unsavoury noises. toilet and shower is down the hall and broken, tv didn't work room was dirty had cobwebs under bed space. My husband has stayed in a lot of hotels due to his job and he said "it was the worst place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in some awful ones".

Closeness to my journey route , cost .

It was tired and not as clean as other F1's I'd stayed in on the same trip . F1 Tours Nord for example was same price, but clean and fresh . So don't tell me you get what you pay for.F1 and similar hotels are value for money they need not be dirty and scruffy because they're budget .

Unexpected taxation

There was an additional charge for truck drivers. This tax was not mentioned in booking.

The comfortable beds, tidy rooms

No shower gel or soap No milk or plates for breakfast. Cramped seating.We decided not to have breakfast.

Staff were friendly and spoke English

Beds were very stiff and shower is outside of room

ideal for a quick overnight stop

I already paid for taxes on my booking but I was made to pay 1.44 per room for taxes again
