Location, views, and wonderful staff that makes you feel welcomed. Super helpful. Fantastic experience
I would have liked a desk and chair to work or a small lounge. But not a big deal.
Angelica and Daniel made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were there for a Vatican event at Borgo Laudato Si, the Pope's summer residence. We could easily walk to the entrance of the Barbieri Gardens, and thus the location was a big plus. We look forward to returning again.
the view, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast
room could be a little bit bigger
Great location, view, bfast, beds and pillows
Shower was tiny and leaked. Walls were THIN!
The staff was very helpful and delightful. Breakfast was excellent.
The room was a little dated. But adequate.
The location was central and the views stunning! Danielle was kind and helpful, a delightful start to our long adventure in Italy! Grazie , Danielle, for your friendliness and welcoming personality!!
The staff are friendly and helpful. We checked in late evening and checked out early morning. They are very accommodating.
Bring your own personal toiletries especially shampoo
Excellent hotel with outstanding views. The restaurant is exceptional; each dish was beautifully flavored and the view from the terrace down to lake was wonderful.
Amazing view and historical place near hotel
Very small rooms
Old traditional hotel. View of the lake was amazing. Morning Croissant was very delicious. When we arrived at the hotel late, the receptionist were very kink enough to guided us to a nice restaurant nearby.
It's not very convenient to drive to the hotel. But, the staff allowed us to park in front of the hotel.
The views were positively gorgeous and the staff was very helpful!
Little challenging to get there with a vehicle
Amazing staff , super helpful with everything. Food was phenomenal and views from our room were breathtaking. Very beautiful little town with wonderful people
Great views and location. Welcoming and efficient staff.
Room was small and badly soundproofed, bed not very comfortable, no restaurant.

I can’t change the room temperature
Christmas Evening 2024.....Staff very kind and professional, ready to respond to various requests with speed and kindness. Crazy views, ideal location.
Absolutely nothing
The breakfast was lovely, with a great selection. The option to choose what you have was great and the fact they offered so many GF options was amazing! The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, they even allowed us to have our breakfast in the apartment. We were also able to leave our luggage before we travelled, which was handy with having that later flight. Location was fabulous, right near the mini square with a few shops and restaurants. We visited a local restaurant called Arte e Vino, based on a local recommendation and it was amazing. The setting, the food, the wine, its a must!We had an apartment, very spacious and had everything you would need, with the added bonus of a (roof) terrace, with stunning views over the lake. I’d like us, you’re looking for that authentic experience, in the small quaint streets, with a good and welcoming service, then this is the place for you!
the food is excellent and cheap as well as the wine.hidden away in a little beautiful little village
the bathroom was too small especially the shower
