HPC Suites - Cassis Centre - Parking securisé et Piscine Chauffée

Nice suite with many amenities, nice shower, comfortable bed , excellent location, pool , parking, very good value for Cassis compared to the local hotels

They wanted to charge us an extra $12 for parking to leave our car Park until 3 PM , nobody can check in before 4 PM so the parking was not full until 4 pm.

The suites are large and very well appointed. Everything you need is provided. The pool is lovely and the location is perfect. Quiet but close to town. Parking is safe and so convenient.

We arrived for a two night stay but were told upon arrival that we would have one night in two different rooms. She blamed booking.com but that’ is not something I’ve experienced before. It was very inconvenient as we were going to be gone all day and needed to adjust plans. The new room had been hurriedly cleaned and hair was left on the floors and in the bathroom drawers. The staff handled it immediately and re-vacuumed.

This is absolutely a perfect place to stay when in Cassis!!! 1st of all the rooms are awesome, very spacious super clean full kitchen and living room with everything you need, laundry if needed, all all all you need! It is a beautiful property, and the pool is such a great bonus !!! PLUS it has perfect location only about 200 meters from the city centre and the famous local market (which was amazing). It has private parking on site (just make sure you dont get charged for extra…. We did but the owners refund it as it was a mistake just took little extra time out of my days to get it …)

Proximity to town, modern and clean, good A/C, nice pool, free parking was critical as all the public parking was full on the day we arrived.

Only issue, but kind of major, the Bed was hard as a rock and seemed cheap-worst on our 2 week trip.

Clean, modern and peaceful!

It is spacious, clean and very close to the water.

The staff is not friendly. The office is closed from noon to 4pm so you can’t talk to anyone in that time. The check in can be confusing because of that.

The suite was spacious, fully equipped for a long or short stay and had a beautiful balcony and amazing view. It is a short walk <10 minutes from town and parking is on property if you have a car.

The check in hours are limited to between 4 and 6 pm on the day of arrival so make sure you plan accordingly and read the information from the hotel.

Modern, clean and well equipped. Appreciated the parking both at the apartment and main complex.stunning views of the bay. Isabelle our host was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment building was on a hillside and the stairs down to the apartment may be a challenge for some suitcases.

Something was making very loud beeping or chirping noises at night and early morning. Disrupted sleep.

Location fantastic, was a short walk to town. The apartment was modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of on-site parking

Large, clean and private. Didn’t get to use the pool because it was too cold (outside), but looked lovely. Very hands off and no staff on site…which was fine for us. More like an apartment vibe vs a hotel.

We could have used some salt/pepper for the breakfast we made.

Loved everything from the location to the cleanliness and the easy parking. It was a super kitted apartment in a lovely town.

The only small thing is that the fridge and the heater made a lot of noise at night and my daughter had to unplug the fridge to sleep well.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk uphill from the centre of Cassis. The apartment was also larger than expected.

Modern, spacious, clean and plenty of room in this lovely apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the necessary amenities included. The property is very handy to the main town. The staff were very helpful and it would be lovely to have spent more time there. would definitely stay again if the occasion called for it.

There's nothing to not like. Oops... just remembered that the handheld shower head was a bit droopy and I couldn't figure out how to switch from the handheld shower to the fixed shower head but that's probably just me losing something in translation ?.

Not comfortable furniture- sleeper sofa is not comfortable to sit & relax on, dining chairs cheap and hard. The pictures of the place look luxury but the furnishing are not. Bedroom is small, take turns getting around bed to closet etc. Kept my luggage on living room floor instead.Isabelle available on WhatsApp but no onsite personnel

Unfortunately the villa we had booked was, we learnt on arrival, unavailable due to a water leak. Isabelle, the manager who met us on arrival informed us that she had placed us in another property and upon hearing this news, I feared the worst. When she told me that she was upgrading us, I confess to thinking this might be disastrous. How wrong I was !The villa we were offered was superb and whilst a little further up the hill, it was actually, in hindsight much better located as indeed Isabelle had promised.

I can't genuinely fault anything, the villa was superb, Isabelle couldn't have been more helpful or charming and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cassis.
