Beautiful and clean, amazing spa!

Room did not have a bedsheet. I did not sleep well.

Excellent location.

We we're not able to park at the hotel as promised but had to park at a more expensive public lot.

The location. Value for money. Both great. And a good breakfast too. But the best thing was the staff. I made an error with the booking and only added one child instead of two. Remy unhesitatingly sorted it for us. And we saw this sort of positive behaviour in the whole team. Thank you Remy and team!

As soon as we walked into the room (#108) we were hit with an overpowering smell of mold/mildew? We immediately went back to the front desk to request a new room. We were informed that the hotel was completely sold out for the night. Under any other circumstances we would have walked away and found something else. However we had already paid for a kayak trip the next morning and there was nothing else available nearby. We ended up sleeping with the terrace door open all night just to try to get some breathable air. The next morning the clerk gave us free breakfast food to try to make up for the awful room. This room needs to be gutted and new flooring installed. Throughout our 3 week trip this was by far the worst lodging and also the most expensive.

Free Spa facilities, and Staff, Julian, Ugo, and Thomas were some of the best staff in all our 4 weeks in France this trip!

Parking is very much an issue in Cassis, but it’s what it is.

Great location in Cassis. The room was spacious and comfortable, staff were helpful and welcoming and the spa and breakfast were great. We arrived by car and the staff sent options as to the nearest car parks given cassis does not have ample parking (the shuttle bus stop for the free parking is very close to hotel). Would definitely stay here again if returning to Cassis.

The room was ok and clean, the price was quite high for a 3* hotel.The location was great.

The corridors smelled not nice. Breakfast area was not very nice, we preferred to take it outside.

No gym. Very small spa facility. No outdoor pool.

Staffs were very helpful and kind.Hotel is situated right in the centre and 2 mins to the port.

Pillows were not that comfy and lamps were dusty.

The room is too small!! Very tiny closet and the "fridge" not really one!
