Excellent location, friendly staff, nice, light & modern room with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Free wifi, airconditioning.

The location is surely extremely good. Buffet breakfast is rich and not expensive.

The room itself needs a bit of warmth and some renovation. Overall it works, but is very outdated and looks a bit bland.

Location is fantastic. Dock and numerous cafes are just outside. Rooms are ok, some smaller than the others.

No lift in the hotel. Staff was matter-of-fact; a little friendliness goes a long way in making the experience great.

Great location and Front desk staff very helpful.

We had to remind a few times to get clean towels and empty trash cans. We made the room available during the day for quick cleaning and never happened our entire stay.

Room was a bit musty, had a smell.

Rented a kayak to get away from the crowded beach and explored the calanques quietly peacefully and at our rhythm.

The reception staff were all very friendly when we talked to them. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We booked a harbour view which was perfect for enjoying the ambiance of Cassis and the location was perfect for the beach, restaurants, shopping and visiting the Calanques.

We liked everything about Hotel Cassitel. In general, parking in Cassis can be a challenge. However, we utilized the free parking and took the shuttle bus down to the harbour area.

Excellent location for the city centre - pretty much beachfront. It was 3-5min walk to the beach and central to all things. Super friendly front desk staff. Pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable. Balcony was super cute for breakfast and dinner dates.

Cassis is very charming and has wonderful sea side walks

The hotel is very central and therefore in a very noisy area. The superior room we took was so small - the double bed filled it entirely, we had to be careful to walk around it while in the room. Apparently that's Cassis style as we were advised by the reception :-)

Very nice place in the heart of Cassis. Our bedroom had an amazing view over the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The best thing about this hotel in Cassis was its location. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the main square and the port — truly stunning.

The noise from the nightclub located in the same building was quite disturbing at night (on friday)

Pros - Great location, comfortable and clean rooms. Cons - Rooms are a bit dated. Nothing that detracts from the experience.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the center of Cassis and close to the beach. The room with a small balcony and a view of the port is nice. The bed is 180 cm wide and very comfortable. We will definitely go back there!

Unpleasant smell from the toilet.

Such a great location and our room had a great view. Felt clean and fresh.

Lots of stairs (but this is made -known). No parking but also we knew that.

Great location overlooking the port and a two minute walk to the beach. Reasonably priced.

The room is a little small but that is fairly reflected in the price.
