Great location. It is close to the bus stop and a short walk to The Basilica of St. Rita. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and cappuccino was delicious.

The hotel was being renovated and the outside was covered in scaffolding and plastic sheeting, so the balcony and windows were not usable. The hotel should specify it is under renovation.

Perfect location to visit the church, nice interior.

Unfortunately, there seems to be a problem with the plumbing, the bathroom/toilet‘s smell was disgusting. Obviously, this is a known fact as the main room was heavily scented to fight this bad smell.

First of all the location, it’s perfect!! Second are the staff especially front desk staff, they’re very friendly and helpful

No restaurant nor spa, but we were not interested.

We love the location, perfect! Just right next to the Bus Station, very near as well to the Basilica.

Unfortunately, it was Summer when we visited, and said hotel has no AC. We have to have the windows open. But everything were great.

Clean and spacious room, with a nice view. Walking distance to the Basilica and good eateries. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was excellent, we were late for breakfast but they waited for us and offer a good breakfast

Everything! Really enjoyable stay. Beautiful rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend and I will return there without a doubt.

Special place as a ancient palace.

In Agoust there is a festival next to the hotel. Noisy music until 2 a.m. everyday. The staff of the hotel should be honest and alert clients about that before check in, to give the option of stay or leave. I'ts not good to pay an expensive hotel and not be able to sleep at all.

Did my reservation by booking but the room they gave me was different and had a single bad while the room i have reserved was much more bigger with a double bed.

The history which you can breathe in this real palace. We have possibly to see and touch very old books :-)
