Pros +
- The staff at this hotel were fabulous! They were tolerant of us eating pizza in the sitting areas and very kind to the children. The facilities are clean and well equipped. We stayed three nights to plan visits to Norcia, Assisi and have one day wandering around Cascia. It was perfect. The hotel is steps away from St Rita’s church! The breakfast staff were so kind and attentive. Our server even remembered our coffee preferences after the first day. The breakfast was well laid out and had enough options. Our children highly recommend the hot chocolate! The staff also graciously parked our van for us, helping us navigate the tight spaces. Our last morning at the hotel, there was a gorgeous snow storm. Our car was perfectly parked to allow us to safely leave and navigate the mountain roads. Thank you.
- This is our second stay at this hotel and the experience was the same - excellent! We need to be in Cascia for my daughter’s summer camp and so this is a perfect location. Breakfast is simple but wonderful and so lovely to have a small market in the hotel for snacks/drinks. And of course, so nice to be next to the St. Rita church:)

- Nothing, it was great!
- Breakfast, no enough staff
- Everything was wonderful! We travelled by bus from Rome and so if you are elderly or have difficulty navigating luggage on hills this will be a challenge for you since it is at the top of the town. There are a few escalators spread around the town to help with the hills though.

Hotel delle Rose is a well maintained hotel right next in the center of town. This is a very remote region of Umbria so it is amazing the hotel was as well equipped as it is. Breakfast is simple, lots of delicious pasteries, yogurt and cheese/meat selection.

Clean , very efficient and helpful staff. Commodities were excellent
Everything was excellent
Great location right in town. The bar was great for drinks and snacks. The staff at the desk were very nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The parking was difficult. Not enough spots in the lot and difficult to get out of the lot as it’s on a steep hill with no where to turn around. The last night I had to park all the way at the bottom of the hill and walk up.
Superb reception lady with all sorts of useful information we needed. Fantastic breakfast but wish the lift was working!
Lift needed to work.
Everything about the hotel is perfect. Comfortable, relaxing, staff were pleasant and accommodating. And as close to St Rita basilica as you can get!
Close to everything clean staff friendly
The dinner was underestimated no flavour and undercooked
Very peaceful place, despite being busy with pilgrims. The staffs are kind and helpful! The buffet exceeded my expectations
I didn't like my window view not directing towards the Basilica.
The breakfast buffet was amazing it was just a little difficult to find. We had to ask a couple of times it would have been nice if somebody would have guarded us along the way instead of just pointing.
It was very difficult to find. It took us a while and then finally somebody had us follow them but we had no idea where to park. I think specific guided instructions on how to get to the exact location and where to park would be very helpful.
Location
We have booked 2 rooms for family of 5 and have been given 2 small rooms and end up with one of the family member sleeping on the floor.it was not the rooms that been discribed when we booked in.staff not helping even after we told them about the situation.
Accessible, friendly staff,…
We found some hair on the bed and the shower. The room was close to the road so we couldn’t really sleep in the morning because of the people using the entrance. The waiter didn’t really like the idea of us asking him about our cappuccinos, we had to ask him directly about it because we were in a rush to catch our bus back to Spoleto.
1) Restaurant 'Il Roseto' à la carte. The food was very good and ambience and staff were nice.2) Breakfast was also rich and nice.3) The location close to St. Rita's Sanctuary is absolutely perfect and allows you to make the most out of your time.
There was no air conditioning inside the room, but only an electric fan.Considering the temperature outside was very hot, that was not really comfortable.
The Location is wonderful.
The restaurant staff don't speak English. There isn't an English menu.Everything is written in Italian only.Italy has this problem in general, several touristic places don't speak english, even in Rome.
Hotel located in good location close to the church. Driving is not easy around narrow streets.
Room does not have AC, but it was not tat really hot so I kept windows open. Be carful with ordering dinners from the hotel restaurant. I have been told that the dinner cost 25 euros per person. There is not prices next to the menu, however when I get the bill was for 2 dinners it was over 100 euros. They said order extras which no one from the kitchen staff told me about. You will not find menu in English.
Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The location is ideal for our pilgrimage to St. Rita. It is practically just next to the Basilica. The buffet breakfast had plenty of selections. The staff were very helpful in facilitating our visit to Rocaporena, St. Rita’s hometown, for a very reasonable fee. The driver dropped us off and picked us up at our chosen time, which was great since the public bus service was only twice a day at 9:00am and 1:00pm. The staff at the reception were always cheerful in giving us the information we needed. They also arranged our ride “down to the bus stop” when we departed at 6:30am. For these, we are truly thankful!
There’s nothing we can complain about.
The room was very clean ! Perfect location ? very nice and helpful staff !!! Excellent!!!
1-Amazing location right near the Basilica of St. Rita2-Friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered3-Tasty fancy restaurant with reasonable prices taking quality in to consideration4-Comfortable rooms with a balcony and view
The wifi is a bit week and didn't reach our room, other than that it was perfect
