Cons -
- Manager was incredibly rude and shouty because we arrived an hour before the 3pm check-in, just in the hope of dumping our bags. We left the next day, a day early, as a result and lost our money but could not stay given the humiliation.Left a note of explanation on our departure.Owner later said our complaint was exceptional and refused a refund for the day we did not stay.
- To be able to communicate better
- Very small shower cubicle - but this only a minor inconvenience.
