I arrived at 2 am and nobody opened the door. I spent 30 minutes calling and knocking the door and noone reacted. Had to walk around the streets at 2.30 am, searching for another hotel.

Exceeded expectations. The suite was big and the bed was among the best in the world. Had a great sleep. Great option for visiting Chisinau

Excellent location, clean and well managed hotel.

Not very varied breakfast, not very well isolated rooms with noise from the neighbours, only one elevator and sometimes busy, basic carpets and bathroom.

This hotel has a very high quality/price ratio.I had a large and well warmed-up room having all nedded amenities such as a safety box, TV, etc., properly cleaned with neat rugs on the floor, comfortable beds, details well taken care of such as non-slippery small floor tiles in the shower cabin and a very good breakfast to start the day.Excellent location just at the southern section of the Centrum but on a quiet street, attentive management and always helpful staff...

Comfortable, big bed.

My normal hotel in Chisinau was fully booked. Coworkers have stayed here as an alternate. Not as clean as advertised. Toilet areas could certainly use a deep clean. Bar closes at 10:00. Came in from dinner at 9:52 to take a drink to my room. What looked like employees were smoking in the bar, and the front desk (after waiting 5 minutes and being seen by staff) was told the bar is closed. I asked if I could take a drink to my room and was told, "It's not possible. Bar closes at 10:00" Still wasn't 10:00.. It was pretty annoying. Not horrible, but it's definitely not worth $90 USD.

It was an excellent choice, perfect bed, clean, with many ammenities, very nice breakfast. It is not in the center excactly, but location is a relevant thing. There are many buses in the nearby bus stop which you can ride for 6MDL only.

It was partially renovated, so there was a mix of new and older things, doors, etc.

The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a fresh and varied selection of dishes. The wide range of options catered to different preferences, and the plentiful beverage choices complemented the meal perfectly.

I can honestly say that there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. My stay was flawless and met all my expectations. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

The staff are okay. Could be friendlier. Beds are comfortable. Location is good. Breakfast is good. Room size is nice.

The tv’s in the breakfast rooms keep showing quite violent programs and quite load as well - which kids are watching and to be honest is not something I need when I’ve just woken up. It’s quite a pricy hotel for what you get. It’s fine but not exception and for Moldova the price is high.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff really nice.

Very poor breakfast. The bakery and the pastry products were not fresh and there was no natural coffee, only instant coffee.

They have an iron machine which helped me a lot

The heating was only with AC and since it was a little bit noisy, I had to turn it off during the night, which meant I had to sleep in a little bit of cold. But ok after all, nothing terrible

There is rather big and clean room with big beds. Plenty of space. Everything is clean. On the date of check-in the receptionist was very kind.

The breakfast meant a lot for me when i was choosing a hotel. But I didn't get it because of the absence of restaurant staff. The receptionist said the restaurant is not a part of the hotel and did not want to solve my problem until I asked for a complains book. After that I've got excuses and breakfast "to go". Not the thing I was waiting for, but I had no time to look for anything else because of traveling schedule.
