ZENTRUM Hotel

The decor - everywhere - was super cool! Our room was beautifully decorated -- everything was beautifully coordinated. It was a delight to be there! I loved it!The breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from (bacon, eggs, fruit, fried potatoes, etc., etc.). One thing, however, was that one of the item was fried potatoes and mushrooms and I asked for ketchup. She said I would have to PAY FOR KETCHUP. Are you kidding me? Such a fancy place and they were going to charge me for KETCHUP?????? ? Other than that it was great!

We stayed at deluxe room, it's big enough for a 3 people family , comfortable bed , quiet, warm, cozy.Restaurant was good as well , reception staff is very welcoming and professional.

Very central location, my favorite thing The rooms were beautiful and bigThey were super nice to let check in early. The breakfast had plenty of options, even for someone like me with gluten allergies They had an ATM machine right before the entrance, which was super convenient.

The toilet smelled bad and so the entire room smelled bad too, which is why I am only giving 8 stars instead of 10

What a great value for the price. Really spacious, interesting rooms. Pretty exterior touches and lobby. Really friendly and helpful staff. It the best location for Chisinau. It exceeded my expectations and made we wish I had another night.

Breakfast was great with the usual stuff but they also changed up a few things for something different each day which was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful with info before and during the trip. Price was reasonable for the extra space in the room and location was outstanding, few blocks away to the main square, gardens and museums and even grocery stores.

Fantastic stay. The Hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Staff members are friendly and responsive. Breakfast was very good with enough options (and day-to-day variations) for all. And you can't beat the location - all of the city's main attractions are within a walkind distance!

All was great!A super small nitpick, or a suggestion rather, would be to install dampers on door hinges in kitchen cabinets and wardrobe doors as they may make an unexpected sound when used for the first time. But if that's the biggest 'complaint' I have in a hotel, then I would have it every time!

I stayed at Zentrum Hotel for 10 nights and highly recommend the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All my requests were addressed right away. The breakfast options were great. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was super. Located in the center of the city, within walking distance from some nice restaurants (Lume, Sisters, Chao Bella, Divus ), central park and all kinds of stores. Very convenient on all levels.

All was great!

The property was lovely - the room was very comfortable and the hotel was nice and clean. We had a great experience, the receptionist was lovely. We arrived early and asked for an early check in and were able to get it and even got a room upgrade. We were travelling with a 3 year old, so it was really appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Tasty, great selection and the atmosphere was very cosy. The hotel is a walking distance from parks and restaurants. Great location. Can’t fault it.

Our hotel apartament was super cosy, clean and spacious, very well equipped. Central location and still very quiet (nice and small street in the center), lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Many most important places and lovely parks to visit within a walking distance from the hotel. Good and full breakfast, good restaurant at the hotel (very reasonable prices) with a great patio. Two most famous wineries (Cricova and Milestii Mici) are located ca 15 km from the place and you can easily get there by taxi (30 min drive).

I would expect the staff at a 4* hotel to be more engaged and helpful. I feel that it was because of the language barrier (poor English) that everyone seemed so withdrawn and scared.

Very well placed, small boutique hotel with a distinct flavor: decoration is well thought, rich with details! They have an Underwood typing machine in the reception :-) Rooms are spacy and comfortable and the breakfast is varied and tasty! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a cash machine in the entrance.

Maybe the breakfast time could be earlier for business travelers with busy schedules. It opens now at 7:30
