Very polite receptionist, fast check-in and silent area

Very simple hotel good for one person to stay a night.The pillow (one of them) was smelly.

Poor service, no response from staff, paid more than I expected

The TV was broken and the heating was off. I called them to resolve the issue, and they told me there were no rooms available to change. I spent the day out of the hotel.

We were pleased to find a hotel that accepts dogs. The room was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Parking can be a challenge.

It was our first night in Chișinău, and the location was so great that we found the hotel very easily, and reaching the city center was just as convenient. I loved the breakfast! The coffee was good, but during my one-week stay in Chișinău, I had even better coffee elsewhere. Still, it wasn't bad, and the hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent—helpful, friendly, warm, and sincere. I think these words best reflect their attitude.

Great location. Reception staff speak Romanian and English. Room large and comfortable. Great shower and water pressure. Hotel was also decorated for Christmas. Made it feel really festive.

Bed was a little hard for me but may be perfect for others who enjoy a firm mattress.

For a 4 start hotel they did not provide any general amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste or shaving kit. All was nice and clean. But this hotel could be rated as 3 star rather than 4 star. Cause even the room slippers provided were of a very poor quality.

The smell in the room was terrible

The staff were exceptionally courteous and eager to assist. Our accommodation, even after midnight, was seamlessly handled by the administrator who efficiently addressed all our inquiries and fulfilled our extra needs, such as additional pillows and blankets for the children, as well as extra drinking water.

The room was clean and well-prepared, though it was evident that the hotel wasn't brand new and could use some renovations in places. Nevertheless, it remains a good choice. There was no complimentary water in the room, prompting us to request some from the administrator. Additionally, the room slippers provided were too small, even for a 12-year-old child.

The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied enough. The location is not that far from the city centre which can be reached on foot or by public transport.

We were given a room near the elevator and we could hear the noise of the engine and we could feel the vibrations.

Very nice and stylish hotel with a suitable location and possibility to park safely. Very comfortable rooms! Very hospitable staff! Great breakfast! Pleasant decoration! In the neighborhood you can find shops, pharmacies and cafes.

Some problems with internet connection, but they tried to solve the issue asap.

Disappointed

No TV remote in the room(as been stolen) , child bed wasn't prepared(we've booked the hotel as family where we have mentioned a child of 5 years old).Last day the breakfast wasn't prepared even though we had bed and breakfast booking, we asked and then they went to put it up, 30min later from when the breakfast times were up.

I love the vibe, service and kind staff, and the food was just perfect value for money and great quality

In general all was great, I think they should have late room service and more extended kitchen services till late night but that's more easy said then done I understand but no complaints

the layout of the room is very bad, we didn’t get the baby crib as asked; there were no amenities at all; the pillows are old and horrible, deformed. No attendee at the reception whenever we needed them.

the staff helped me solve my issues

The card lock did not work in the room. the lighting in the room blinked and burned out somewhere. in the shower room, the shower hose could not be fixed, and the hot water pressure had to wait for 15 minutes to spill. The mattress on the bed was always moving and I had to fix it every time.

Great hotel with dormitory capsules.Bit far from the city center, but buses going frequently.
