Luna Hotel

I loved the staff in the hotel. Very friendly, nice, polite, helpful and useful. Food at the restaurant was very delicious, cooked fast. Breakfast was very nice with 3 types of eggs, which is rare now for some reason. I think that all rooms have bath tubs and for me it was very important. Room was big, comfortable, clean and Internet was super fast.

Ramp for suitcases is super narrow and inconvenient but hotel staff was very attentive and noticed me arriving so helped me right away.

Breakfast was amazing, cleaning service was good, staff was very friendly and kind.Down stairs restraunt was amazing as well.

The hotel is placed in a quiet area, walking distance from the city center.

The hotel needs a bit of renovations and the furniture is not exactly new.

This is a very charming and cozy hotel, perfectly located. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful — even when we checked in at 3 a.m., the communication was smooth, and they adapted easily to our needs.The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making our stay very comfortable. One small drawback is the lack of an elevator, but the stairs are wide and easy to manage, so it wasn’t really a problem.Breakfast was delicious, and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was also excellent, with very reasonable prices.I highly recommend this hotel with confidence, and I will definitely return at the first opportunity.

Easy check-in. 25 minutes walk to the city center. Has a nice breakfast.

I think that the major setback is a lack of elevators. If you have 2 or more heavy suitcases, they will help you with one, but you have to carry the others by stairs.

Area is pleasant but not central. It is on the trolly line. Three floors, no elevator if that is a problem for you.

The location was perfect, the staff excellent and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.

I had a difficult time sleeping since I suffer from a lot of pain. The mattresses were too hard for me. Perhaps they are ok for other guests.

The hotel is 1.3 km from main center (15-20min walking) in a quiet area., close to different embassyes. The rooms are clean and larger than usual. It offers slippers and bathrobe which is not usual for a 3* hotel. The towels are changed daily. There are enough options for breakfast. There is a parking place in front of hotel but for a limited number of cars

I loved how cozy and quiet it was! The building overall has somewhat of a rustic, home-y feel. There’s room was very spacious and clean. I slept well!

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Chisinau's city center, within walking distance to all major attractions. It features a nearby parking lot, which is a rare find, and offers fantastic, helpful staff, spacious rooms, and competitive pricing. The breakfast, including delicious cheesecakes, is excellent. The heating was operating at full power in early March, but we discovered that the heater temperature regulators were out of service. However, we easily resolved this issue by opening a window.

Being accommodated on the 3rd floor, with only stairs available, was not very comfortable. Even though the staff helped me with the luggage and additional material, this can be very unfavorable for some guests.Also, one recommendation for the hotel management: it is really not necessary to change towels every single day, try implementing sustainability hotel trends.
