Weekend Boutique Hotel

Surreal place, still trying to find a way to define this hotel. But I had a good laughter on arrival knowing that I could rent a gold fish to make me some company in my solo night stay. Bonus: I had the best breakfast so far in Chisinau, better than any other hotel I stayed.

My room was next to the reception, not comfortable location. Bedsheets smelled a lot of detergent .

Natalia went above and beyond for me when I became ill during my stay at the hotel (not due to the hotel.) She was absolutely incredible and I cannot thank her enough. I wound up booking another night and missing my flight home. Natalie was incredibly helpful. She even prayed with me. Twice. I've never received service like this at a hotel, nor was I ever this sick that I would have to miss a flight. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for her assistance. As for the place, it's extremely unique and in a great location to both the Chișinău and the airport. If you're not sure where to stay in Chișinău and you like quirky places that do not look like something out of IKEA, then this is the one. Do not think twice and book it.

There is nothing that I didn't like about this facility.

Extra-ordinary room which was unique, clean and cozy. The hotel is remarkably different from chain hotels, which is appreciated. Very friendly staff and quiet room. Easily recommended!

Very well located near a shopping mall and many restaurants open until very late, amazing breakfast, cozy and big rooms, open 24/7 and free parking

Due to an internal system issue, I was unable to book the initially proposed room. I appreciate that the staff was able to find an alternative that allowed me to stay with my cat without an additional charge, but the overall experience was not quite what I expected.I am a bit disappointed with the size of the room provided, as it is significantly smaller than the one originally shown during the booking process. Additionally, I was quite surprised by the idea of having to pay extra for my pet’s stay.

Got massively overcharged for the taxi pickup from airport. Charged 100 euros for 11 people Sorted our own taxis back..15 euros !

Location is great, very easy to to find from the airport. Breakfast was of great quality and variety, and the area is relatively quiet. Staff was helpful when needed,

Coffee on the breakfast can be improved. It is the usual machine based but it a pity to serve this coffee when the rest of the breakfast is of great quality Bed mattress can also be improved to make them more comfy.

The photos and description was the reality I had experienced. Clean, friendly, and nice location. Cosy and very nice, quiet and warm (it was winter time). I was always curious to see and tempted to stay in the hotel because of the artistic facade. Strongly recommend: budget friendly and good quality.

Exterior and Interior are very nice. The room is well sized and nicely decorated. Hotel mission next to the biggest Mall in Moldova. The public transport in the 50m from hotel.

Just need to change the internet connection ( so slow and impossible to do the work and some calls ) But in overall will not consider as a minus , Bcs the rest was everything excellent

I book Double business room and payment was taken in advance from my card , but on arrival I receive regular single room. No warning or explanation from hotel.

Disappointing

The Junior Suite I got didnt quite look like the ones in the hotels photos, and when a shower is listed I expect to be able to stand up in it. Unlike the other 5 hotels on my trip they couldn't provide an electrical power adapter to run my laptop and was bluntly and ambivalently told to go and buy one!
