Needing to rent the entire spa/sauna rather than being open use.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the restaurant terrace, which is brand new and really nice during the summer.

I am very happy with the hotel. My room that I booked was in the basement, but upon arrival I was given a great spacious room on the first floor. The room had everything you need, a comfortable bed, a functional shower. They also have a good restaurant outside, a varied menu and delicious food. Thank you for the service.

Very modern and stylish hotel with a spacious room and a huge comfortable bed. I loved the Smart TV with YouTube, the balcony with a beautiful view, and the complimentary bottle of wine.

I liked staying at Tulip. I stayed there once before on my business trip and stayed again. Both times I was quite pleased by service and cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the Malina Mică neighborhood, close to the hospitals and the University of Medicine and Pharmacy. It's not very close to the city center—about a 45-minute walk—but the location is convenient if you're visiting the nearby medical institutions. The rooms were clean, and we received a bottle of water every day. The reception staff, especially Corina, Sabina, and others, were very kind and helpful. Overall, a pleasant experience with a professional and friendly team.

I’d strongly suggest including breakfast in the room price. There aren’t many breakfast options in the area, so guests are likely to eat at the hotel anyway. At the moment, the breakfast pricing feels exaggerated—10 euros (around 200 MDL) for an omelet, water, and coffee is a bit much, especially considering that only one cold and one hot drink are included. If you’d like both tea and coffee, you’ll have to pay extra. In comparison, even top restaurants in Chișinău offer a similar breakfast for around 100-150 MDL. This pricing strategy may leave guests feeling somewhat disappointed. A buffet-style breakfast would be a much better and more transparent option.Also, the rooms are not very well soundproofed—you can hear quite a bit of noise in the morning.

The room was modern and new, and we were welcomed with complimentary wine and water, which was a nice touch. The in-room setup was appropriate, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room itself was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is available at the hotel’s restaurant, but it is extremely overpriced compared to local options. The hotel is located far from the city center, so we had to take taxis frequently (though taxi fares in the city are very affordable). The staff's English skills were quite limited, which surprised me for a four-star hotel. The iron and ironing board I borrowed were rusty and left stains on my white shirt. Our room wasn’t cleaned by 4 PM, so we had to request fresh towels at the front desk. The spa is only available for an additional fee.

It was a little outside the center. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. We had a problem with the toilet leaking, not flushing and a smell.
