The hotel is located on the side of the nice park and parking places are available at the hotel and near by. Decent accommodation

The hotel starts to show his age, the rooms are not in the best condition any more.

What a room. WHAT A ROOM!Huge. Magnificent view. Really comfortable. The staff was super friendly.

Location was not the best. There was an issue with the a/c and it took one day to fix it. Breakfast could be improved.

Rooms were good . Breakfast need bit improvement for vegetarians. dinner we didn't had.

Breakfast and coffee beautiful

I booked a "twin" room, but it turns out that such rooms do not exist in this hotel. The girl (with silver-framed glasses) kept me at the reception for an hour before telling me that they don’t have such rooms. It took her several hours to issue the invoice because she was more interested in chatting with the guys than doing her job. However, the breakfast and coffee were wonderful.

Very big room, warm, comfortable and with everything needed. The view was nice. The restaurant offers diversified dishes and convenient prices. Hope to go back soon.

The breakfast should be improved. If you go a bit later, you risk to find less food.

The location is near the train station. Rooms are big and they have good restaurant. There is a nearby grocery shop too. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are big but it needs a bit of improvement like the door lock doesn't work, toilet drainage blocked, some sewage smell comes in. There is also no AC in the room.

Liked the comfortable bed, the staff was very nice and polite. The room was clean and warm on our arrival. Breakfast was delicious. View to the park was beautiful. We had a good stay. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had quality facilities.

The room was smelling of cigarettes. The breakfast had no scrambled eggs but only fried eggs.

Staff was nice, shower worked, very expansive room, no noise nearby.

Distance from everything. Room smelled of smoke but it was probably due an open window and outside chimney fires. Open windows during the winter at one’s own peril. Breakfast was nothing to call home about.

In the restaurant was unacceptable cervice,the lady at the bar was eating with hands from the fruits and pints that was carved at the buffet for the hotel guests!Shi was very root,10 minutes before to close the buffet she was talking us out,the coffee we was ordered she bring late and after said that we must pay,dirty tables,defenetly we don't recommend this hotel!!!The room very old with old and broken furniture ,the same the floor was broken in some places!!!Poor,very poor!!!!

Staff was very friendly, spoke English and Romanian. Location was ideal for NYE.

Breakfast and shuttle ran later than we needed due to it being new years.

This was my 3rd stay at hotel Jumbo. Their staff is polite, helpful in giving directions. The restaurant food was great, try their zama de gaina, traditional Moldovan chicken soup. Perfect location: close to the airport and is in the beautiful area of city: park, shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially I want to highlight the work of a blond girl on reception and a guy from the restaurant. I was pregnant and they helped to address my every need and make my stay super comfortable. Check in was super fast, they helped to carry the luggage to the room and call a taxi at the check out. In the restaurant the breakfast was very yummy with a big choice of meals and high quality food.

Everything was perfect.
