BERDS Hotel

The service is at high American standards. The rooms are spacious and clean. The design is beautiful. The front desk is welcoming and very responsive. The apa is a very good addition to this place.

I would suggest implementing a daily menu in the restaurant. To ensure clients that want to dine-in have a good selection daily. Also more vegetarian/vegan options.

It was very clean but nothing special. Staffs were a bit snobbish and very little choices at breakfast. I probably will not stay again this hotel.

Location was very inconvenient to go anywhere.

Service was friendly. Room was spacious and comfortable!

Location is a bit far from the center. Close to a shopping mall however. Also temperature in the room was difficult to control.

Everything there is at a high level, including spa and restaurant.In my opinion Berd's hotel perfectly represents impeccable Moldova's hospitality that is one hardly to be equalized somewhere else in Europe nowadays!

one remark: I think the breakfast should be richer, especially when you are staying more than 3 days. an additional paid menu can be, but inserting in it fried eggs or poridge consider an oversight.

Very good restaurant and very good spa

Small rooms, small bar, small restaurant

All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Comfortable clean and big room with all necessary amenities and toiletries. Delicious food in the restaurant and bar. Perfect location.

Not a thing I didn’t like

This hotel is quite nice and the rooms are very comfortable, but overall I think it is way overpriced for what it is. Furthermore every light in the room turned on three times over the night waking us up and having to be turned off manually. I let the staff at reception know, and while they thanked me for letting them know, they didn't really apologise, or seem that concerned that our night was so disturbed.

Very courteous, professional, and respectful staff, starting with the valet, receptionist, spa and restaurant staff. They all truly made it feel like an amazing personalized experience.

I love this hotel, it is always a pleasure to be back here, nice cozy room, tasty food and wonderful staff.

Lovely service, room and staff. Spa and massage one of the best. We've stayed at great hotels all over Europe Asia and the Americas it meets ghe standard.

Sauna was broken, jakuzi broken and leaking, speakers not working, poor room service that did not bring the food eventually and took them 2 hours to come. When asked for discount they said its impossible. Stay away.

In terms of services the hotel should be categorized in my opinion somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. In short terms it is a pleasant stay for a quick business trip.

The staff is very polite and eager to aid you in any way possible, but in their eagerness to help they forget the information received along the way and do the things halfway.

We loved Adam from the bar he is amazinggg we will come back to visit him again in summer We spend all our money in the bar and was very happy no need to go outside the hotel when you have Adam ! :)

very good location, polite and nice staff, we got an upgrade to signature suite which was very nice gesture from the hotel which as a young couple we appreciated much
