Comfortable room, great location, parking in front of it, amazing food at the restaurant

The location was very good for my purposes as it was close to the National Institute of Justice where we conducted a week's training. It was also close to a good supermarket and the general vibe of the neighbourhood was pleasant. The room was quiet and easily accessible. I also appreciated the good communication I had with hotel staff, including the Manager, prior to my stay.

The hotel is rather basic, lacking room amenities such as tissues, drinking glass in the bathroom etc. However, it was clean and comfortable for a working visit. No real communication with reception staff after arrival although prior email communication was good. The so-called fitness room leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything. I stayed for the second time and it has all I like: quiet, great location, comfortable, great breakfast with delicious coffee (rare thing at the hotels)

Regency is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Chisinau. A five-minute walk from the centre of the city, well-endowed and elegantly furnished, the hotel is also known to provide one of the best breakfasts available. The staff at the reception desk is kind and professional.

The breakfast area was very nice with a good selection. I was able to borrow a kettle for my room from the front desk.

The room was clean (however set up for 1 guest instead of 2, but was quickly fixed after mentioned), and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

All the furniture in the room is really old. Clean, but so needs to be replaced with new. The walls are quite thin and we could hear the neighbors snoring! which was extremely annoying and not letting us fall asleep…The breakfast selection was alright but the quality leaves more to be desired: cold cuts were not fresh and looked like were cut yesterday, hot food under cover - barely warm and even cold.

Good breakfast, wide variety of food. Very good location, Dendrariu Park and Valea Morilor Park very close, Cathedral and Opera Theatre just 10-minutes walk away. Very clean and nice hotel, comfortable bed and helpful staff. Hotel has a good restaurant, wonderful Italian restaurant, Sushi house and grocery shop are just some steps away.

You can hear noise form other rooms quite well - if there is someone talking loudly in neighbor room, you already hear that...

Friendly staff, clean, within walking distance from all major points in the city and great food options (both at breakfast and at the restaurant)

The hot breakfast was cold.

Hitting regulator in the room is not working properly. You can’t switch it to cold toilet water tank leaking excessively on the floor.

A bit noisy. Construction work during the day, wind noise during the night, not very well sound insulated. It was alright for me though.

Its a good clean hotel with good staff who speak English. There is an elevator which is not always the case in Chisinau. Breakfast was good. WIFI was very good with no outages. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep as well.

Steps at the from could cause an access problem. Shame the main bar and restaurant were closed, as they were back in November, but there is plenty nearby.

The staff was nice, the room clean, the location is nice as it is on a quiet street.

It was very noisy because of the guests in the nearby room. This was the reason I could not really rest.
