The room was very nice and clean and the sleep quality was very good. The minibar was available. We visited Chisinau during winter while outside was quite cold - but the heat in the room is quite high, and we could calibrate (stop the heat during the night, for a better sleep). We are late sleepers, so we could not make it to the breakfast, but there are a lot of solutions nearby - Tucano Coffee Costa Rica, Sora cafe, Red Rabbit Specialty Coffee etc. Also we could enjoy a great walk in the neighborhood, including the Former Water Tower and wonderful Valea Morilor park. Also, if you stay here, do not miss the wonderful Divus restaurant downstairs. We will definitely return to this hotel, it has great value in all aspects.

The hotel was centrally located and very clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Ride share app (Letz) can not find this hotel. Caused problems arriving and leaving. May be the ride shares fault and not hotel, but still very frustrating when you have flights/bus to catch.

The location and room were fantastic! There was ample space and wall outlets. The room was neatly set up and powered by Google. The bathroom was nice, and the bed was large and comfortable.

Walls are thin but everything else about property was well worth it.

We travel full-time, so lots of hotels to compare. This one stands out for lots of extra little comfortable touches. Room 401 is special... almost a small apartment, with a nice sized terrace. No need for a car, we walked to several nice dinners and the National wine Day Festival. Photo is the view from room 401.

It doesn't have a lot of public areas. If you would need to meet someone you wouldn't want in your room, you'd need to meet elsewhere.

The restaurant was too upscale for my taste.

I left my passport at the hotel and the receptionist from the morning hours was so kind and helpful. She sent it with a taxi to the airport.

The location was perfect, room was extremely comfortable and had so many little extras. Staff were helpful and nice.

Great location. Close to bars and restaurants and bus stop outside. Nice breakfast room and good sized rooms. Good on site restaurant underneath the hotel also.

Parts of the reception area where closed off maybe until summer, though was 27 degrees when we were there, but the closure/screening didn't look great on arrival.

The property is really gorgeous. It’s a lovely building with all the modern amenities you’d expect. There’s a lovely restaurant underneath, and the location is in close proximity to the downtown area. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go in 15 minutes or less (and for most of it, much much less).

Excellent location in the very city centre.The room was clean and all facilities were new. We didn‘t take breakfast though, because it was overpriced.

Superb hotel for a long weekend break in Chisinau, with very attentive and helpful staff. Hotel is well located walking distance to the city centre, bars, restaurants and more.Would highly recommend.

Rooms slightly on the warmer side, nothing that opening a window couldn't solve.

We enjoyed each and every day and every experience at the hotel and in the city. The hotel staff, prior to travelling helped me with so many of the details, recommendations, and organised bookings for us - and all recommendations were fantastic. The variety of the restaurants recommended were excellent. The pick-ups smooth and seamless. And the day tour we went on was really excellent, with a very knowledgeable guide who really went out of his way to discuss a lot about the culture and politics of Moldova and explain what we were seeing etc.The staff to call-out for particular praise were: two ladies named Anastasia - one doing bookings and recommendations who was superb at answering my endless questions. And second Anastasia was a lovely welcoming presence in the breakfast room everyday - so friendly and yet professional. Elena also was excellent at helping with information and recommendations. The location of the hotel was excellent for exploration of the city.

Getting a room lower down in the hotel was a bit of a problem with the traffic noise. The men on the reception desk didn't seem to know much about things vs the x3 outstanding ladies (Anastasia x2 and Elena).

Location is extremely central.Great breakfast.Kindley staff.All was great.
