Location is ok. The elevator works.

It’s a very old one hotel, with dirty towels, old shower cab, thin door, very old and dirty refrigerator!

Excellent location close to transportation stops. I booked at last minute when another accommodation fell through. They were able to let me store my luggage safely while the room was cleaned, until early check in. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind.

The fixtures are not new, but everything is clean and tidy.

An excellent hotel with a convenient location. This is not our first time staying here. Delicious breakfasts. Parking available. Decent rooms and service.

Huge thank you to the lady on reception letting us check in early after the 14hr train from Bucharest it was much needed.Small walk to the centre or train station but a nice hotel.Staff were really helpful in sorting taxis when needed.

With all respect to nice family team running this hotel, it is not four star facility.May be was such 15 years ago. Now need renovation and refreshment.SPA is not included. No kettle in the room.Ants in the bathroom.

I arrived in Chisinau at the Hotel around 11pm. We were very tired. At the reception they forced us to pay for the room before. They invited us to see the room before payment, but my wife and I were very tired after a day at work and then 8 hours of driving. We were expecting a 4-star hotel room. The elevator was old and dirty.. On the 3rd floor we were greeted by a heavy smell of unwashed carpet and child's pee. The room that I received does not even look like 2 stars in Europe. Dirty walls, damaged furniture, when I tried to open a window I thought I was left with it in my hand. Faulty locks and hinges. Dirty windows. The mirror on the closet door was dirty. Unhygienic bathroom. Strange smell. For sure not even 2 stars.In the morning, I communicated the problems to the manager. I invited him to go to the room with me. He refused. Total lack of interest in the comfort of his customers. Although on booking the hotel is rated at 4 stars, the manager told us that the Ministry of Tourism in Moldova abolished the stars :). Really?? Then he contradicted himself and said that the Ministry gave him 4 stars for life. Careful! FOR LIFE!!! :)) On the wall, the diplomas with ratings like Tripadvisor were from 12-13 years ago. To impress us more, this strange lady manager told us that 19 Ukrainians had just lived together in the 14 square meter room we stayed in. I don't understand why he rented it if it was destroyed by uckranians!!! Why did booking.com charge us for 4 stars? My wife and I were very disappointed.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Near shopping center, supermarket, restaurants. The hosts are wonderful, friendly and always ready to help. Spacious guarded parking in front and behind the hotel. Good breakfast, 24 hour tea and coffee.

It was clean and great location.

The swimming pool did not work for 2 days and when they fixed it,it was super cold. One of the staff made me pay the coffee when I left at 2 am even though I had breakfast included...so stupid. All in all I will not go there again!

The hotel is located very close to the bus stop from/to the airport. There reception is working 24/7. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Wi-Fi was working well.

There was only one person speaking English in the reception so most of the time it was challenging to communicate. I was informed that the basen, the reason why I chose the hotel, is actually very small (for 2 people), doesn't work and is an additional 40 euro. The breakfast was not really diverse, the portions quite small and you had to wait 30-40 min to the waiter bring the dishes/products which were gone. And the location is 40 min walking from the centre

It is a nice hotel in a very nice part of the city, with good public transport connections to the center. You can also walk, but it will take a bit more time. We had a nice little balcony, staff was nice and helped us out with taxis etc.

I always miss a good orange or apple juice during the breakfast, a really don´t care for exotic tastes offered here. Otherwise everything OK, it is not the newest building, but still comfortable enought.

Good location

This is not a 4 stars hotel.Poor Breakfast, old furniture, you have to pay for a tiny spa. Broken window in the room, bad services!The stuff is friendly, but chaotic, insufficient and overwhelmed.

The room and the service were excellent.The personal were very kind and helpful, especially Dima. The SPA was excellent.Thank you from MOROCCO

Thank you very much all the staff for the way you treated my aunt and my grandma. They were running away from the war in Ukraine. They did not have anyone else to rely on in a completely unknown for them city. Everyone at the hotel were nice and kind to them and offered them the support they really needed. I was trying to reserve a hotel for them in hurry due to the circumstances. Turned out that I did not include breakfast for their stay. The staff at the hotel included breakfast for them for free. Dear staff, all your hard work is appreciated! Thank you again!

Location

Very dirty. Carpets where old and full of hair and other stuff. Food was very poor. I could not bring myself to eat anything. For the price that I paid I think it's highway robbery.Would never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.

We were running from the war. And this sweet people hosted us very well - gave extras as extra breakfast, checked us in before the registered time etc. God bless Moldova and it's friendly hearful people
