Pros +
- I was especially grateful for the unexpectedly high level of English spoken (my need as a foreign visitor who could not speak the local language) by most Reception staff (and the one who apparently didn't speak English, at least not confidently, went out of her way to communicate nonetheless).I was also very appreciative of their extra considerations for a foreign guest, including, for only one, storing my bag while I traveled elsewhere.I also was very appreciative of the nearby large "hypermarket".It's some time ago now, and I must apologize for not remembering more.
- Comfortable bed
- Night check-in
Cons -
- The only one thing that stands out is the problem I had with mosquitoes. With their permission, I used a mosquito-repellant coil. But that was a mistake for two reasons: the smoke is unhealthy, and it leaves an unpleasant odor. Perhaps they might consider what a later accommodation does: have less offensive electric mosquito-repellant devices available for guests who request them. One other negative I recall (and one which I experienced in most other Eastern European accommodations I've stayed at as well, so it might be the norm for some reason), is non-existent trash/rubbish cans in the bedroom, with only the very small ones in bathrooms, presumably for toilet tissue (which, btw, visitors from outside the region might not realize the importance of the need to use). This is *not* a matter of "dislike", but I think perspective guests might want to know that each room that I saw is decorated differently. It was *not* an unpleasant surprise, but a surprise nonetheless, differing from most hotels, motels, and pensions I've stayed in.
- When we arrived we were told that we dont have reservations so we left the place and tried finding the hotel where we do have reservations. We lost 3 hours of sleep and we returned back to the same place to see they simply misled us. It was very disappointing…
- Smells bad in room, sounds proof very poor

Night check-in
We booked for 2 nights but could only stay for a few hours because the room was extremely dirty, smelled of smoke, and was in very poor condition. They couldn’t change the room for us and promised to refund us for the unused time, but after we checked out they refused to resolve the issue and never returned the money.place.
It was clean, bed was comfortable, location was great to explore the city. Good value for money.
Nothing in particular.
The room was clean and neat.Value for money considering that I booked the hotel right after arrival. It is not as bad as the reviews make it to be.
Please do not expect them to clean the room daily, empty the bins or replace toilet paper. Limited support at reception.
The staff is good and helpful, location is ok, not too far from centre
The rooms are small and not enough facilities
Located in the centre of Chisinau at the intersection of main streets, within walking distance of the main attractions.Polite and friendly staff, always ready to help.A cozy, comfortable room (even decorated in retro style) with a refrigerator and electric kettle, enough space in the closet and bedside tables.
Mere trifles, such as a not very good place to fix the shower, a short cable for the electric kettle, only one roll of toilet paper per week of hotel stay, and other insufficient details.
Location
Room, quality, conditioner doesn’t work
Absolutely nothing.
Total disaster! The only right thing to do with this hotel would be to demolish it. The staff is very unfriendly, except for Valerie. The hotel is dirty, with bugs spotted, and the rooms are unfit for staying. The air conditioning leaks, the bed linen was dirty, the bathtub in the bathroom was leaking and so on…Bar in a hotel is closed.
The location is good, I know that the rooms are also ok in general. But I got a room that was not even for guest, as this room was in section for stuff. Also room without windows, with the smell of mold as it is not room originally, i think it was warehouse before. And receptionist told me, there is no a/c as it is not installed yet, so in room without windows and no a/c, there is no chances to ventilate air
i got room not that i booked: room on ground floor, last in the end of building, without windows, no a/c, all smell inside, it is the worst experience of booking. there is a windows on the picture, but in reality it is as decoration, behind this window is part of wall
Location was good for me. Staff was very helpful.
Mosquitos in the room.
Good location!
Bad service, no blankets when I asked. The light didn’t work in the toilet. The internet connection was too slow.
Breakfast was good, 2 eggs, bread, salami and a veggie. The room was very old, no house cleaning for our entire stay there (1week), and quite dusty in the room
The mattress was quite dirty if you happened to take the sheets off.
I want to say a big thank you to the reception staff. They were very attentive to our requests and so kind. I will definitely recommend this hotel. This made my stay in Moldova much better.
The bed and pillows are the most important things for me. The pillows were really soft, and the bed was big. I also liked the location of the hotel; it was a 15-minute walk to the city center.
Booked this hotel for 4 nights, paid 30$ per night in february 2024.RECEPTION: Staff were friendly and helpful.ROOM: I lived in "Small Double Room" on the second floor, double bed with private bathroom. It was a small room with air conditioner, window, table, nightstands, kettle. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. But it was very cold in the room even with the air conditioner, radiator was not working! BATHROOM: Clean, water was warm and the pressure was ok. Towels, shampoo and gel are provided. There is no washing machine in the number. Hot water was not running for half day, but later they fixed it.CHECK OUT: 12:00
The smell is really bad and old and it’s not really clean.
The smell. The bedsheets smells bad and they weren’t clean. The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the first day was really cold.
Staff was very friendly, room as mentioned in the reservation, excellent location.
The staff and location are always exceptional
Rooms could use a little renovation but hard to complain for the price
The worst ever possible
