Location, Staff and reasonable price

no air conditioning. At night, sometimes it was very warm even with the double balcony doors open. Blinds would not stay up. Had to tie rope to balcony to stop blinds from falling down. Our Mountain view was obscured by tree outside.

Staff were lovely, location excellent. Nice sitting area by main reception. Catered well for the one of us that was gluten free. Lovely breakfasts.

We were booked in for half board, and many of the evening meal choices repeated from one day to the next so by the end of our 4 nights we were ordering food we had eaten before.A second comfy chair in the room (117) would have been nice as it wasn't warm enough to sit on the balcony much.

Great location - far away from big cities, just in the pure nature.Good restaurant, open for breakfasts, lunch and dinner - so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat.

I would adjust the opening time for dinner - from 20:00 to 19:00 because usually you come home hungry after hiking the whole day and you have to wait for 1-2 hours.Also room door could be made more soundproof because in my case I was able to hear everyone walking and talking outside - and that's not good when you want to sleep longer in the morning.

The attention to detail was flawless. Everything was so clean, the staff were charming. The views were spectacular. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Nothing it was perfect

Beautiful spot, building, pool, gardens - I loved my stay! Glad I opted for the superior room (116) and was awarded with the most gorgeous view! The property is spotless and the buffet breakfast well stocked and varied. The pool was lovely and refreshing after a hike. Finca Los Llanos in Capileira is a gem!

The room was newly remodeled, comfortable and clean. Lourdes at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and patios were wonderful places to relax.

Other guests were loud and rude in the patio outside my window, but that is not the hotel's fault.

A nice hotel in the Sierra Nevada. There are some nice amenities and everything in the town us close by. The room itself is clean and spacious. Also a great view of the valley below.

Great location, excellent room with great view across the village to the mountains.Superb breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and go back again.

We loved our stay. Getting a superior double room was really worth it. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and rushing water. Spring spreading its first leaves and flowers. The staff were so helpful. The shower pressure was fabulous

This is a great hotel with a comfy reception area with an open log fire and bar. It was warm as it had central heating. Lovely garden area.

It could have been updated with the bedroom furniture.

Did not opt for Breakfast as we think 15 Euro is a bit expensive given the local alternatives.Also , the fridge was switched off and a tea station would have been much appreciated as there were no catering facilities available to us when we arrived at the accommodation.

Good location, helpful staff and very good value for money. Room comfy and facilities very clean.

Room was cosy and clean, the hotel has a charming atmosphere, staff were helpful. Breakfast was just wonderful. Highly recommended.

The spacious room, the view’s & breakfast

Good quality room and public areas. Restaurant offered excellent menu del dia and a la carte selection for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was a superb buffet display. We had the same waiter at almost every meal and he was exceptional. We hadn't expected a pool but the loungers were welcome after many miles of cycling.

Lovely gardens, pleasant rooms and good value for money.

Dinner was good value, but a bit dull. Swimming pool was bracing, but it was early October…

Great location (a couple of mins walk to centre of town and close to hiking trails), charming setting with terrace, flowing fountain and organic gardens, nice pool (refreshing after a day on the trails), lovely (partial) view of the valley even from our basic room. Outstanding service in the nice on-site restaurant - delicious home made apple pie!

Soundproofing was a bit lacking in our part of the hotel - we could hear people in the room next to us and people in the hallways. Not a big issue and not unexpected in an older stone building, just smthg to be aware of.

Breakfast was excellent

The lighting in the bedroom was poor.Not bright enough to read in the eveing.

We have been to Finca Los Llanos many times because we think it is in a superb location, the staff are very helpful, the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent

We were disappointed with the 'superior room' we were initially allocated as despite its having a balcony which is the key critertion for this categorisation the room and double bed were smallish and the decor was a bit tired. Maybe this room does not deserve the 'superior' categorisation. We were very happy with the excellent room we were finally allocated. The meal we had on Sunday evening was very poorly prepared prabably because there was also a very large group being served and maybe because it was Sunday. The vegetable medley was oversalted and unattractively prepared and the cod was not adequately cooked. We think in future the a la carte option may be better for us when larger groups are visiting.
