Hotel Rural Real de Poqueira

The relaxed atmosphere...staff were so welcoming ?.... breakfast was very good in the fact they have a member of staff cooking eggs ,bacon, sausage to order.... coffees good....set in a beautiful village with real Spanish people living there unlike friglianna above nerja that's been bought up by foreigners then renting out on Airbnb...

My only thing is my partner likes a coffee ☕ in the room...there's a kettle and tea bags but no coffee so maybe that can happen...

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was on the smaller side but the room was very clean the location was great and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Really comfortable place right by the village church. The staff people are so friendly and helpful with hiking suggestions, the room so comfortable and clean; the location was perfect! Great breakfast with many delicious options.

Better get a room not next to the church as they bells are ringing every 30 min.It's not a problem for the night, though.Very quiet berween 22.00 - 9.30Just an issue for the siesta time.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the delightful village of Capileira. All necessary amenities are within a short walk of the hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfasts were delicious and hot food was cooked to order.

To start with, La Capileira is special place in special region of Spain , I was pleased with hospitability of people I met and specifically staff in this hotel: very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean - it's truly 10/10 and I got exactly what I was looking for: perfect clean room with comfy bad to relax before/after just outstanding hiking adventure. Needless to say location is amazing. Great choice if you plan to stay in this part of Sierra Nevada. Thank you

Second time staying at this lovely hotel right in the centre of Capileira. Right beside the best restaurants and across from the atmospheric church and plaza. An added bonus is the pool which is a good size.

There was no fridge and no safe. We were told standard rooms don’t have either which I thought was poor.

Very friendly hotel with spotless rooms and a lovely breakfast. It’s right in the middle of the village. It has a loverly garden and swimming pool. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Easy to find. Good parking close to htl. Quiet even though fully booked. Renovated shower/bathroom.

Actually nothing, but i guess guest with disability would have difficulties with outside stairs from parking. (at the same time, if you travel to a mountaion region you should expect level differencens).Food in the village slightly more expensive than in other cities/villages, including Granada (!)
