Masseria Degli Ulivi - Noto

A beautiful setting with lovely landscaping and pool area. We dined at the Masseria 2 of the 3 nights.

The ambient is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing. We visited in October, temperature was around 24C during the day, and the pool was still open, little cooler but was still good for some swimming. The breakfast and dinner was great, and they always had some gluten and lactose free solutions as well.The location is easily accessible with any type of car, no dumpy roads nearby.

We had difficulty changing the temperature of aircondition. Also when set in cooler mode, it was issuing warm air.

Nice peaceful setting, very quiet and relaxing. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Disappointed to not have any tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast also was disappointing and the coffee was poor/from a machine. Didn’t feel great value for money.

Very serene location, but still very close to Noto, Siracusa and more. Huge, refreshing pool and a good food selection at the restaurant. Super friendly and helpful staff - feels very relaxed and more like a family than an overly polished affair. I loved it!

The masseria was really calm and peaceful. From breakfast to dinner, relaxation was key. The nights were so silent… The pool area is very beautiful and the rooms are very nice and well styled. We had dinner in the restaurant 5 times and everything on the menu was great. And then the wines: heaven.

The bathroom has plenty of space and a double shower, but could use some more storage space and a towel rack.

Great hotel to stay at, has a villa feel in the countryside surrounded by olive trees, romantic feel to the place.

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve found. Felt like we were in a movie. The hidden spa experience was fantastic and a beautiful surprise. The room smelt like clean linen. The trees outside our room were beautiful and made it feel so peaceful.

Amazing and beautiful site, great facilities, nice rooms and really friendly staff.

Bed was not very comfortable.They have a “spa” but I dont recommend it.

My only quibble was that the beds were a little austere and hard.

Beautiful property with a very nice pool and tennis courts. The staff were all great, very helpful and attentive. We had breakfast and dinner here and the food was excellent! About 15 minutes to the city centre.

We loved everything, from the breakfast variety to the splendid dinners, the pool and spa and ample space for our little toddler to run and enjoy the property grounds! The staff was welcoming and warm - definitely recommend.

Very peaceful, beautiful spacious grounds, complete silent bedroom. Loved it!

We loved our stay here! All the staff - from the waiters at supper to the people on reception - were friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. The location is wonderful, a short drive away from Noto and so peaceful, and the rooms and pool were clean and beautifully kept.

The lunch menu was disappointing.I would have loved to order pasta, but only salads were available.Also with the EURO 2024 tournament, I thought the Masseria should have installed a big TV in the bar area.We all wanted to watch the games on a big screen, instead of the small one in our rooms.We would have also ordered alot of drinks which would benefitted the Masseria!!!
