The hotel is in much worse shape than what it appears in the photos. The noise isolation in the room is non-existent. The elevators are always busy, ran down and old. The receptionists seem always busy and tend to ignore you even when you approach them. Pool towels by deposit of 15 euro (WHAT?!) and they are ran down (permanently stained, with holes in them at times).The room is cleaned only for a few minutes. After the first shower we noticed a finger-made 'painting' on the mirror of a heart with previous guests initials in it. We wondered when the mirror is going to be cleaned. Even on our last day the mirror was not touched and we could still admire art left by previous guests.The restaurant looks like cafeteria, where the grill area is not ventilated (stay there and you will stink of fat for hours) or the less used section of the restaurant where the smell is damp and moldy. The drinks from a drink fountain are not good tasting, coca-cola never even got a memo of what it was supposed to be (the worst drink available there).Parking paid 18 euros per day, but there are tons of parking spaces available outside.

Location was perfect, rooms are huge with balcony nice food varierty.

Little far from other places so you spend more on taxi and bus. Rooms are not in that great condition its too old normal rooms I am talking about. Premium are better newly renovated but pricey.

I loved the bedroom which was really comfortable and also the atmosphere of the hotel.

The swimming pool was cold and at night with the animations there was too much noise

The location is great and the bus stop is just a walk away. It’s very well located and you can go places from there. The whole hotel was excellent and the food was just delicious; the staff were very nice and kind. Always at hand to help. The amenities are awesome and the hotel is well taken care of. The rooms are big enough and the bed was very confty. We just can’t complaint.

Hotel is dated and some functions are out of service. Pools are very dirty. Not enough space for all guests.Food is at best edible to those who have just broken a weeks fast! Staff rude. Location is very far out and expensive to leave. Premium rooms barely any better and the use of solarium very awkward and do not book for children. Tv didn’t work, fridge was blowing hot air, room so high up we couldn’t sleep for the wind.

Staff were fantastic, food was delicious, lovely, friendly atmosphere. Lots for families if you want it e.g. activities, entertainment, but also easy to find a quiet spot and not a very touristy location so a short walk from the hotel you're at the beachfront with local restaurants and cafés.

Can't really use this as a negative but for us, sometimes mealtimes felt a bit busy, but when we went at less popular times we could easily avoid this.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were lots of little efforts and small touches that made us feel very welcomed, safe, and at home. The hotel had a bit of everything and appeared to cater to everyone's needs. A really great few days there, I wish we could have stayed longer

This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff of this hotel is very friendly and always fulfills all requests. The food is always of high quality and tasty, a large assortment. The pools are large, there are many sunbeds for vacationers, there was enough space for everyone, there is also a place to play tennis, a fitness room, and billiards. Overall, it was a good vacation thanks to this hotel!

Premium room upgrade was well worth it for us, we had a great time. Loved using the solarium and how peaceful the local area was. Perfect for a quiet stay. Lots of good entertainment in the evenings too.

The all inclusive buffet could be hit or miss depending on when you visited. If you went later in the evening, some of the food would be cold or going stale. It was broadly fine but there were a handful of meals that were disappointing.

What I enjoyed most about my stay was the ability to relax completely. The atmosphere you’ve created is truly conducive to unwinding and enjoying some much-needed downtime. Additionally, the food was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options that exceeded my expectations.I’d also like to highlight the entertainment team. They were not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, which made the activities even more enjoyable. Their positive energy truly added to the overall experience.

The hotel is rated as a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was far below the standards I expected. The hotel is in dire need of a complete renovation. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, with dirty, grubby conditions, and, most concerning, the presence of cockroaches in my room. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, and it significantly impacted my stay.While most of the staff I encountered were unfriendly, I did appreciate the kindness of the entertainment team and one of the ladies working in the main restaurant. Their professionalism and warmth stood out amidst an otherwise disappointing experience.However, I must emphasize the serious issues with the snack bar. It was utterly disorganized and filthy, posing a significant health risk. The lack of hygiene is alarming, and I believe it should be shut down immediately to prevent potential food poisoning. Additionally, the service was severely understaffed. At 4 o'clock, only one person was assigned to make pancakes, leading to long queues of at least 30 minutes. The most unsettling aspect of my stay was witnessing cockroaches freely walking into my room, which felt like they had paid to stay there with me. This is not something any guest should have to endure.Given these issues, I strongly recommend that the hotel be closed for a full renovation and that immediate actions be taken to address the cleanliness, staffing, and overall

The food was always lovely. The animation team, Claudia and nura are amazing and stood out so much! Lots of different activities going on everyday and the pool party was amazing. Room was so nice and the cleaners were so friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival, I received a free dinner voucher which was a pleasant surprise. The food at the hotel was super tasty and fresh. The location is great and the facilities were good. The hotel is quite old but it is well-maintained and clean, which made it a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend it!

The wifi was weak and unstable. I ended up using my phone data during my stay so I would be mindful if you need to rely on the hotel wifi during your visit.

Friendly and efficient staff on reception. Bright, spacious,modern, spotlessly clean room. Buffet dinner and breakfast were well presented, wide choice, and very tasty.

Breakfast is excellent ! Such a variety ! Stuff was very nice and allowed us to stay in the lobby until our bus was there.There were a lot of entertainment for the tourists.

The room did not look at all like a 4 stars hotel. Hardly a 3 stars. It was the most expensive and the worst accommodation that I have in Tenerife.
