Pros +
- Location was excellent. Good breakfast. Big rooms.
- Big room and very good breakfast.
- We liked its classical look. And the receptionist, Mara, was very kind and informative.
Cons -
- Rooms a bit dated
- The hitting was a bit scarce. Hardly warmed the air. It wasn't cold but you don't feel comfortable after taking a shower.
- The heating would go on and off, but mainly off. While we liked its classical look, the rooms need to be fixed up. The breakfast was ok, but our one-night stay was definitely not 180€ for 2 adults and a young child.

Great location right in the town centre . We had a lovely view of the old bridge from our balcony.Very pretty town with lits of bridges.
Central to the town , character of the building
Being pressed to upgrade the room ( for 25 euro ) on arrival to the rear of the property which i refused , only to find at the front where we were , was an all night street party which started at midnight and finished around 6am so barely any sleep due to the noise , which they failed to inform of us but took full payment
Location was great! The hotel was beautiful and the buffet breakfast was excellent
Third bed was noisy and not as comfortable as the other 2
Delightful old world charm in the middle on Camprodon. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with a great view.
The atmosphere of the place and the fantastic breakfast!
The swimming pool is not open until July and with climate change in June was very hot!
Historic hotel in a beautiful building that oozes charm but needs some refurbishing. Very large terrace with fantastic river views. The property has also a beautiful garden with a pool across the river. Breakfast was also good.
Super friendly and helpful. Lovely decor. Excellent pool area.
Position in town. Lovely pool and garden. Old 1914 decor fantastic!. Simple local food in restaurant.
No coffee or tea in room. No water provided. Towels for pool needed.
Location, location, location. Very nice surroundings. Do not forget to visit hotels area at another bank of the river
Hotel is old as the furniture inside. Breakfast is very-very basic. The visitors are mainly pensioners.
Everything was top. The staff super friendly, flexible and helpful, the place out of a movie and lcoation super nice in the city center next to river. Sitting on terrace at evening with river next to us was simply unforgettable. The garden with the pool is a little oasis mid-town. parking is a bit outside but free of charge and no problem to walk.
Temperature of the pool made it unfortunately unusable with small kids despite being August. WAs a bit too cold.We needed to clean a bag of clothes and as there is no cleaning station in town the hotel was so kind to offer us that they clean it for you. We were very grateful and of course offered to pay for it. However, the 40 eur charge for one bag of clothes that followed on the final bill we found a bit exaggerated. It would have been good to get a headsup for such price to be able to decide beforehand.
Location is great, views are stunning! and the pool area is a dream!
Our room wasn’t the best as our bathroom didn’t have a window and it was a bit smelly but other than that, great!
vintage hotel in the city center
the room we stayed had no window to the outside. no sightseeing.
The location was wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds were nice to walk around.
It was quite dark and dated. Only the basics were provided. It was quite hot in the summer to not have Aircon or a fan provided. We did have a window, but it was on the noisy plaza. I would suggest getting a few irons and ironing boards to have at the facility for guests to borrow if you do not want to supply them in the rooms. I felt breakfast ended early as well.
location
small rooms, very small bathroom, no ac or fans, no fridge, no blackout, cheap orange drink, average but expensive restaurant, short swing pool hours and no towels, etc
Fantastic location. Pay up for the room with terrace. Masses of space and fantastic views
No parking outside hotel but masses of space 10 minute walk away
Confortable , habitacions i lavabos grans, tot ben net, ambient tranquil i tracte agradable.Zona jardí , piscina , terrasses molt ben cuidat
The building is beautiful with a cozy bar with a roaring open fire. The staff were lovely and our room was so clean! We'll have to come back in summer because the garden and pool look lovely.
