The staff were top notch and very helpful. Made friends with them easily.

Bathrooms could be a bit bigger, but everything else was fine.

Great rooms, good pool, close to the city.

Food is subpar, no real view of the Mediterranean sea, the private beach is far and very small, way better options.In my opinion, cars are mandatory to enjoy the region.

Friendly, pool. resort

Our room had dry blood on the floor, refrig didn’t work. The staff re- mopped floor and replaced refrig. The room for the amount was not impressive, the bed was like sleeping

The staff at this resort are so thoughtful and helpful. They make everything easy for you! Not only is the resort beautiful, but it is very clean. The breakfast was so delicious and it was so easy to either walk or shuttle to town, which was arranged by the resort as well

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It’s well located, very nice, and the staff was outstanding—especially the front desk, who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. A great hotel that we highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointing.

This resort caters to tour groups. Requested the larger room with more square footage, and what we got was an extra bedroom. This defeated the purpose of wanting a larger living area. Some of the towels were not clean. The meals were overpriced and the dining room was overcrowded with tour groups. The buffet dinner was the worst dinner we had in Italy or anywhere in a long time.Breakfast was a little better.

Staff was extremely helpful w pickup from train station and helping me get an e-bike. I didn’t have euros to pay so staff covered me until I got to the bank. The bar and pool area was amazing. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in Europe. Fresh juice etc. homemade omelets etc.

Pool was very cold. Could have been heated.

It had a really pleasant stay at the resort. Everything was clean. The kind woman at the reception, Maria, offerered me a free Cappuccino for the time i had to wait until my room was finished.I can really recommend that hotel.

Great place to stay. Everything super new and clean. The restaurant is excellent.

Staff very friendly, the place is very conveninet at walking distance from Tropea old town. Rooms are new and very clean. Comfortable bed and large toilet. Breakfast ok. Price very low for the quality.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

On a 3 week tour of southern Italy, this is by far the best hotel we've stayed in. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Tropea. The very comfortable room and facilities were exceptional with a larger than most bathroom. We had a sea view from the balcony and enjoyed the very good cooked breakfast and there was also the added bonus of free parking. There's also a restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious dinner with great entertainment from an excellent musician singing anything from Bee Gees to Pink Flloyd. He was amazing. However, what really makes this place exceptional are the wonderful staff who work there, nothing was too much trouble and we were always welcomed so warmly. Just wish we'd had a longer stay.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

- The staff are sooooooo nice and helpful. They took me to the train station and they offered to drive me and collect for dinner in the centre!- The hotel has very great interior. Beautiful dining area with lots of plants, nice pool, big space, big room.- The restaurant serves exceptional food. The restaurant should be a destination on its own. Amazing food. I stayed for 2 nights and both nights I ate in the restaurant.

Nice staff, nine looking restaurant

Noisy room due to poor soundproofing. Walk to the city centre is via a road with no pavement. Very small shower.

Incredible Staff, you feel like part of the family, very nice breakfast, a bit remote so very quiet with 10min walking distance to the centre, spacious free parking

Nothing to report

Just a short walk into town from the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate with someone cooking fresh eggs in the morning. Albeit short it was a very pleasant stay. The town was lovely for an amble with plenty of restaurants and ice cream parlours.

All fineFront desk manger lady was excellent and should get a promotion she dealt with our room issue with professionalism and moved us to a good room

Just not near the beach and you need a mini bus to get you to tropea and need to pay 20 euros for entry to Charlie beach club So the hotel has no beach of its own and the private beach in fact is a beach club in tropea

The staff was amazing!!The front desk staff was particularly kind and helpful!

The room was particularly small!There was literally a bed upon entering the front door and a bathroom at the back which was large enough, but no room to move around the bed with luggage.Although we selected a standard or classic room, I must admit this is the first time we could not fit our luggage comfortably in the same space as our bed with 2 people in the room.Although this seemed to be the norm in this resort, and maybe other ones in Tropea, we heard several other guests complaining about this too.

The hotel was amazing! Beautiful ocean views from two gorgeous pools and front office manager Mariella and Anna front desk were awesome. The GM Piero also added to high value of stay. The entire hotel staff and restaurant was amazing.
