    Pros +

    • The view was good. The staff was nice
    • The view is absolutely stunning! Beautiful tiny beaches with crashing waves. Gorgeous view from the balcony.
    • On the beach . Beautiful scenery. Nice spa. Open entry. Stairs to beach!

    Cons -

    • The room was so dusty! Couldn’t breathe! The gym was dirty and very dusty!
    • It was unfortunately late check in and still the stuff was busy arguing among themselves not paying attention to new guests arrival to check in, until got interrupted after 10-15 mins waiting. Then got the room and bathroom, both are musty smelling and outdated, located above loud and smelly restaurant until midnight. The cheapest mattress and pillows, and attention warning: horrible 3 stepdown entrance inside the room, did not make me feel safe.
    • We only got one washcloth. They ran out at a the front so gave us a hand towel.

The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very Instagrammable. The pool area and views are nice.

We arrived at the hotel after money was stolen from us through the Booking app via the hotel’s page. Sadly, the hotel took no responsibility or action to help. When it happened, we called the hotel to ask about it, and they claimed that their Booking system had been hacked for over a week and that they had informed guests about it. This was simply not true — during that week, we received at least three separate payment requests. Only after we completed a third payment and I personally called the hotel did we receive a message stating they had identified suspicious activity. Still, we decided to come, as we had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. The spa experience was awful. My husband booked a massage for me in advance, and it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I wasn’t asked about sensitivities, pain, or health issues. The masseur was unpleasant, and I left in tears due to physical pain and discomfort. When we complained, the hotel staff showed no empathy or willingness to address it — no follow-up, no apology, no compensation.

I was arriving having never stayed at this property in the past. I was absolutely delighted and impressed with this lovely hotel. The location, the bedroom, the service, the cleanliness, everything. Above all though, the front desk staff. Francesc and Marta were amazing. Thanks to them and their level of service I would highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I cancelled staying at another property half an hour away in Begur for a few days and rechecked into the Park Hotel San Jorge. You won’t regret staying here.

I can’t think of anything really. Maybe a softer selection of pillows. Nothing major.

The hotel is amazing. The sea view room exactly what we expected - 90% of the time we spent at the balcony enjoying the view and sea breeze. Room was clean and cozy, when we asked for extra towels and bathrobes - they were quick brought to our room. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with decent variety of food and drinks and again - amazing view. Finally, it takes 5 mins down the stairs to the small but clean beach.

The only aspect that seeks improvement is spa facilities. I wouldn't recommend.

Amazing views, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely and quiet at night. Perfect location. Will be staying again

    7MichaelPosted on: 3-27-2025

    Really modern spacious and clean

The steps and the fact that the lift only went down to the ground floor but as it’s built on a cliff maybe that was the reason

    Beautiful location very clean

    The spa was medium

Staff, food, drink, rooms, the view. The overall standard of this hotel is off the scale. Well worth a visit.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay

The bar has very nice food, staff are very helpful and polite. The bedroom was nice and comfortable. The overall space of the hotel is quite pleasant.Has an amazing view over the sea and you have access to the beach as well, which is probably great in summer

The spa is tiny, not exactly what I expected and there was a lot of noise from the top floor during the night and in the early morning, like people were moving furniture.

Staff is very nice!! :)Great location on a cliff and with direct access to Cami de Ronda. Beautiful views. The terrace, restaurant and bar all seem to have been updated and look nice.Beds are comfortable in the Superior Rooms with Sea View. Good pillow selection.

In the year of 2024 this is NOT a 4+ star hotel, rather a low three star.Rooms are renovated and outdated at the same time. Old, small TV (no SmartTV), old, dated bathroom. Towels that make you wonder if you haven't grabbed the shower mat accidentally Very thin and old - certainly not the feel of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is part okay, part sad - with dry tomato and cucumber slices and wilted lettuce bits in one area. The scrambled eggs are not real eggs but some brick mix that's downright inedible. Good selection of cold cuts and cheeses. Several gluten free options, no dairy-free yoghurts but milk. The spa has a lot of unused potential. The decor is cheap-looking, the water in the jacuzzi/jets pool is pretty cold with 32/33C. It's wasn't comfortable. The sauna and steam room are okay but sauna is very small and feels like from the 90s. The general shower in the spa seems to have a bunch of broken knobs and it's unclear how it works. In the end we were called for a special aromatherapy shower which was a simple normal shower. Not sure if they forgot something?! For 15€ for an hr it was juuust okay wouldn't really recommend. The spa does not feel clean. Several surfaces in and around the pool seem to need a deep cleaning.Reception area is incredibly outdated. Christmas decor is cheap and tacky. The restaurant prices with most dishes between 25-38€ are way overpriced. It's absolutely unclear to me how this hotel has a class of 4 stars superior. And on top of all of this is absolutely laughable that the answers to their Google Reviews are so badly written by AI without making absolutely any effort at all to try to slightly customize them. There seems to be NO effort for sustainability which is also wild in 2024, especially being located next to the ocean. Lots of plastic packaging, individually packaged salt and pepper at breakfast, lots of tiny individual marmelades, nutellas. Plastic wrapped cups in the bathroom.

Gorgeous grounds, loved waking up to the ocean sunrise. Staff was super friendly.

    Really nothing.

Incredible views, gorgeous deck and dining areas, beautiful gym space, lovely private beaches

We were given a room “upgrade” which felt like a downgrade. The majority of the view was obstructed by trees. The room stunk of cleaner and then was replaced by a strong mould like smell. The gym was missing weights and could have used a couple of more pieces of equipment. Pool was cold.

    7RuthPosted on: 11-23-2024

    Amazing view from the room

Gym was dirty. AC in the room didn’t cool the room. Coffee served at the lobby was terrible and we had to send it back twice. Breakfast was average but expensive.

Beautiful location. Friendly helpful staff. Large well appointed rooms.
