Hotel Pop

Absolutely perfect location. A person really would not visit Cala Gonone unless there were going to get on a boat. This hotel is literally next door to the marina.

Wifi on 3rd floor did not work very well.

A terrible experience. Service was EXTREMELY rude and incompetent from front desk to reception to valet. When I expressed concerns about a mistake made by their staff with management, I was spoken over, yelled at and blamed for everything. DO NOT BOOK!

- Wifi stopped working the last day in the hotel. We called the reception. They said that they will talk to service provider but I did not hear back from them and did not also get the internet.- No sound proofing and hence poor sleep. Can hear people living above you and in the nearby rooms. In the morning, you can clearly hear the cleaning staff as well. We planned to sleep until late but could not.- lights in the bathroom were automatic and would stop working in a few minutes even when you are taking a shower.

Very nice hotel with comfortable room with terrace. It close to the port and far away from the noise of the town. Walking distance from everything. Very good breakfast and super nice people ready to help you around.

Parking the car might be a problem. We were lucky to find spots very close to the hotel.

Staffs are kind and helpful also they have good breakfast!

Rooms are small!

The location of the property cannot be beat. It is right across from the port. The beach is minutes away and there are lovely restaurants and shops around. The hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me with a few things. I recommend Hotel Pop

Bed was comfy and location is good. ?

The hotel has only limited parking spots and there's also just a few free ones outside the hotel. A lot of paid parking spots (about 6€/day) which we used for our stay.

Could have done with more parking . More fruit choice, better quality ham and cheese , toast . Cold milk for cereals and muesli .

Breakfast choice was disappointing

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, clean room.

Uncomfortable spring mattress and odd towels (they got the job done but felt more like kitchen towels than bath ones). Also, very loud hallway and can hear people in neighbouring rooms.

Our greeting on arrival was excellent. It felt very personal as we were taken to the room and shown the facilities. The hotel had a lovely family feel about it and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.The restaurant is wonderful and we had two exceptional evening meals there.The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Our room was above the restaurant so it was very noisy in the early morning when they were setting up for breakfast and late at night when they were clearing up after dinner.

Great locations and the breakfast was yum, best croissant I’ve had

Bed was uncomfortable, but what do you expect for the price. It’s budget and priced appropriately

cleaning ladies do not respect morning hours rest, making noise in the corridors. certain rooms are just above the restaurant and the rooms are not well isolated in general.

Do not trust the Free Parking, it is only free if they have availability and in 3 days there was no spot available. The guy in the reception did not make any effort to organize a spot for us.WiFi definitely does not work!!!

Well located, possibly recently renovated and had a lot of modern charm. Breakfast was nice also on the front terrace that looks out towards the marina. My room had a nice balcony as well- spacious, and large bathrooms! (Bedrooms were large too)

Check out time was at 10:00- cleaning lady knocking at 10:01 felt a bit rushed!

Everything was excellent. Perfect location for boat tours. Free parking in premise or pass to park on the street for free (easy to find a space). Good, clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Perfect location and view - we had a room with balcony and view on the ocean/port. Also good location to hop on or off a boat from Cala Luna. Free parking is good but be careful if you park in front for a few minutes - the police loves to make some money there! Breakfast is decent.

Our bed was slightly in a U-shape, therefore not the most comfy.

Nice location in the center by the port. Friendly staff. Good facilities and breakfast. Great value.

Great location in a cute town. Very attentive stuff, nice breakfast and beautiful sunrises right at the door step.
