Staff unfriendly, hotel run down, restaurant closed for season, very overpriced, breakfast terrible.

Staffs were very friendly, lovely food esp the dinner.The Hotel is 5 mins walk to the Port if you want explore cala gonone, cala luna etc.

The fridge in the room was not working although one of the staff already informed us in the beginning. It would be nice if they could replace/fix it.

The location is great! The hotel itself is pretty basic, breakfast is not good but the breakfast area is nice. The staff is amazing, so sweet and helpful! I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay on a budget and you plan on being outside most of your day (which you should since there’s so many amazing things to see and do!)

Really close to the port (5 mins walk) and a few parking slots right in front (6 euros/day). Very friendly and helpful staff (reception).

The worst pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel and no great mattress either. I also didn’t like that they put two single beds together to make up for a queen bed :( it’s very uncomfortable. The bathroom had a bad smell and it was really tiny. Old furniture.

Enjoyed the closeness to the main area with restaurants and shops in Cala Gonone! They also had a buffet breakfast for the guests every morning.

The room was small, and the shower recess was also small.

The breakfast was great and location perfect.

Parking was a little tricky, although I did get lucky and get a spot only 5 minutes walk away.

The hotel is right against the beach, very friendly staff. The rooms were well insulated and comfortable.

We were moved to another room on the third day and there was no stand for barh facilities in the shower, which was not very convenient considering that soap and shampoo had to be put on the floor or somewhere else. Breakfasts were monotonous, if you stay there for a long time you may get tired of it. Parking lot of the hotel is located for 3-4 cars no more. If you have a car you will most likely have to pay for parking, and in this place it is very difficult to find any parking.

Location was ok

The staff - either lacked knowledge or were rude.Rooms are run down and the electrical outlet required very old style plugs. Adapters had to be purchased from shops but were not available.

The location and the terrace are great. The staff was lovely. The room was very clean and spacious. GREAT breakfast.

The shower curtain falls off the wall and the drain gets clogged quite fast. The AC is not strong enough. The WiFi connection is poor.

Old rooms, not so many charges points, lady at the concierge super available and gentle the bad part was about the rooms who were very old and not updated

Excellent location which was only bettered by the staff, especially Mariona (viva Espaniol!). We had a really great time and I would stay there again!

Thin walls, could hear everything in the hotel and got woken up by the cleaners every morning. Facilities a bit worn down but nothing that bothered us.

Room was very outdated and a bit dirty, found hairs everywhere.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

There are only paid public parking spaces in front of the hotel. In the back of the hotel there are 4-5 free of charge parking spaces always occupied by locals or staff and in a very narrow space. Public parking fee for one day was 6 euros.

The hotel had eveything we needed, the staff were always very helpful and very friendly. We had breakfast everyday and it was great every time. Everything in the hotel room worked great.

The cleaners would knock on the door every morning which I personnaly found annoying, the one day the cleaner let herself in and simply said "cleaning" I did not like that at all, I understand the room needs cleaning and I am sure they are very busy, but it was very awkward and made me aware every morning and made me feel rushed to accomdate the cleaners, I don't believe this is fair on us as guests. Maybe this is a cultural thing I was not made aware of.

The rooms and it’s facilities are from the past century (80‘s) and haven’t been renewed by then. Everything inside looks outdated by far. the breakfast is small and for the price I expected something different overall to say the least. In addition the hotel had a hot water problem for the time of our stay, which they compensated with a 10€ discount per day. The TV in the superior room is smaller than A4 size & the matrace was very soft

The location is perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample. My room offered everything as described.
