Standard of the rooms, the are outdated and ugly, no WiFi in rooms which is absurd in 2025, AC stopped working one night

Location and the village in general was beautiful. Staff were very nice and there was a lot of entertainment in the village. The pool size is ideal.

The rooms , inside , were a bit old , no Wifi and you could hear a lot of noise at night.

Fair value for money. The hotel is simple, located at Cala Gonone, which is a very tinny village. The location of the villa is exceptional.

The breakfast was quite simple and lacked some variety.

Pool area really nice. Problem was the loud entertainment. Disastrous. Site lovely as well and well maintained. Room was fine.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible. No redeeming features. Said to thr girl at the scrambled eggs that they looked disgusting and she agreed.

The external area is very beautiful and the pool is very nice. Breakfast is OK. The trenino service is very useful.

WiFi signal is very poor. It didn't work even in place that was informed to us that it should work well. The fridge was not cooling at all.

The food was very good , and the view, !

First I don’t like because when I do the check in I wait 40 minutes, after I see the room was ???.smells mold în special in wardrobe, the plugs was broken, cleaning not too much and very old style!And they don’t let anyone to swimming in the pool because was just a bit rain!???

The swimming pool was great. The shuttle train to the beach was also very convenient.

The room was poorly lit, no plugs near the bed (one plug in the whole room), the bathroom was small. Also, no rack for drying clothes.

Beautiful grounds, helpful staff. Very cute room comfortable and charming. Great transportation to and from the the grounds to the town area. Beautuful pool. Nice bar.

Just to note that there is music in the pool so it's not like a quiet pool experience. I didn't dislike it, just. To know that it's not a quiet read a book by the pool experience.

Stunning location and backdrop. Rooms were clean. Handy tourist train to take you to the local town.

The breakfast was pretty poor to be honest - eggs and bacon inedible so best to still with fruit and cereal. Very noisy pool "entertainment" with awful music in the afternoon. Beds not that comfy.

The unique positive point is the animation team who did the job overall at night and the location closed to the beach with a train service.

I booked 2 weeks in this hotel with my family and I am very disappointed. I was supposed to get a sea and garden view. I had a wall view. Neither Booking or the hotel did something to change the situation. Very disappointed. I am now in discussion with Booking team to get a compensation and it is very difficult.their service came back to me 9 days later, the day of check out to ask for more pictures!!!!! How come! The room was very small with spartiate comfort. For breakfast, you get always the same food and not any meat alternative (pork) and they were lacking fruits (only one fruit-often apples).

Not beachfront, staff explained next to nothing about how things work and what was offered other than what is listed on the website which is the same as the paper they give you at reception. We could have taken a shuttle train to the port … we could have had our family portrait taken… we asked for one extra bath towel, we got pillows and soap instead. The most uncomfortable beds and flat pillows of all of the places we stayed in Italy & the most expensive.

The staff were lovely. The room was clean. The aircon worked and was amazing in the heat.

The wifi didn’t work anywhere but the reception area even when they said it would work around the pool and bar. All the entertainment is in Italian so you don’t really get the full experience.
