The only problem was the mould in the air conditioning unit. We stayed in the height of summer and had to use it!

Centrally located hotel, super clean! The property staff, especially Massimiliano were lovely and super helpful. A great place to stay for a trip in Cala Gonone.

Walls are a little thin, can get a bit loud on the weekend.

The location could not have been better. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restaurant associated with it was fantastic.

The tiny twin beds are a little tough for a grown adult but it seems that these are standard twin beds at the hotels. And parking is difficult in general.

The location couldn’t be better if you’re looking to stay close to the beach and all water activities. Right in the middle of the Cala Gonone and all the shops, restaurants and amenities. We had the room with an ocean view on the top floor and it was the best.

The air conditioning was pretty outdated and weak, which we really felt during the very hot days. But it didn’t ruin our stay.

The property was very clean and the staff were lovely! They even gave us some aloe for our sunburns from their garden. The breakfast was great in the morning and not having to make breakfast was great. The location is perfect, in the heart of Cala Gonone.

The fridge is not cold. I was told that it’s not meant to keep things cold, just to hold your drinks. The internet was not good. We traveled from the US and didn’t have much data. We had a few work meetings to take and had to go to a cafe nearby to work. The WiFi works a bit in the reception area but not in the rooms. There were also some very loud guests fighting in the room next to us at midnight. The walls are thin and we could hear everything. We go to bed around 10pm so this woke us up at midnight. The shower is also a little small.

WiFi

The hotel was really clean, the room was like the pictures, the breakfast was quite complite. Mauritzio, the receptionist, was really kind. It’s nice to be in a place with those type of people

Unfortunately the wifi connection is terrible. That is the only issue we had but this can be easily solved. Overall the hotel is amazing!

The bathroom was clean and spacious, but the shower was on the smaller side for me (I'm a big guy) and couldn't comfortably get around without accidentally opening the shower door or switching off the water.The room was nothing like the photos ?. It was small and the bed was under a staircase, with the roof being tilted in a way that I banged my head against it by mistake.Parking is difficult... But it's not the hotel's fault since the location is so central and you need to get lucky to find a space

Everything was perfect!! Really friendly stuff, rich breakfast and the best locality in Cala Gonone. Our first but definitely not last vacation in your hotel. Big thanks!

The booking choices and price elevation assured us of a view and balcony. We got a ground floor room and view of the alley.

Nice hotel in a top location in the "center" only a few steps to all restaurants, supermarkets and the beach.We had a very spacious rooftop terrace which we enjoyed a lot.

We had a great experience in San Francisco hotel. The size of the room with the balcony see view was perfectly enough to rest after the whole day of sight seeing and beach. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great tip for a boat trip, they were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was ok, coffee was great :)

The bathroom could have been a bit more modern. Less variety for breakfast for our taste

Great position of the hotel, and cool people are working at the reception. There is a restaurant which has great pizza, and also there is a good ice cream shop.

Parking somewhere around is almost impossible. It's a town crowded with rental cars. The people from the reception helped us a couple of times, but it's a real gamble to find a parking spot around

Near the beach, very kind staff and divers breakfast.

The hotel walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors and what happens on the hallway.

The wifi was not working in the room during the entire stay (3 nights), even after telling the staff about the issue.Parking options very reduced around the hotel area, hotel itself doesn't have private parking.
