    • breakfast room hotel and location were all very good
    • It‘s very new and clean. The location is perfect if you don‘t like to go far to find restaurants. It‘s also very close to the cala ganone port and some shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every day we would ask for an umbrella to go to the beach and they would lend it for free. The spa is nice, but very small (one small sauna, one small turkish bath an a small pool and relaxing room with 7 beds).Breakfast was good, salty and sweet, even some local specialties.
    • We checked in & found the room to be comfortable & beautifully situated.Very clean & a helpful staff?

    Cons -

    • bed pillow, only one per person . terrible.
    • Since the hotel doesn‘t own a parking lot it can become a struggle to find a spot nearby. I can only imagine how busy it must be in peak season.I found it quite sad for a 4-star Hotel to ask for 3€ per towel if you wanted to stay at the pool outside. I think there are other ways to make sure the towel comes back.We found it quite noisy in the building, you would hear beeping sounds all night and every step of the neighbors. And again,it wasn‘t as busy as in peek season.
    • Not a 'boutique' hotel. No body lotion/hair conditioner provided. No water provided apart from the first night. No tea/coffee in rooms. No personal touch to room or services. Dirty glasses not replaced when room was cleaned.Be careful - pictures very deceiving on listing, mainly focusing on spa. There is no complimentary access to spa facilities such as sauna, spa pool/loungers. This was not made clear to us upon arrival and no spa price list was provided making it hard to know how to use the spa. We would have paid for access (although we didn't know we needed to), however every time we tried to access the spa, it was locked. Parking limited. We found close parking on nearby streets but this was in off-season.

The reception staff were very friendly

The spa was very expensive - around £33 for a day pass, or you get 90mins (sauna, hot tub and steam room) if you pay for a treatment (which started at approx. £40). The spa should be included within the hotel price, or make it £5-10 entry, but not £33. It was empty as a result. The room also seemed quite dull. It was modern and clean, but lacked any sort of character or theme. It was more like a business room Vs a cozy couples room

Can’t fault the place really. We had room 207 it had sea view with balcony and a large area which had 2 loungers. Rooms very spacious and clean. Hotel clean and fresh. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast included and was good. Location 1 min walk from seafront, bars and restaurants and very quiet at night

The accommodation is on walking distance to the restaurants, city center and port. The room is very spacious and we had a large balcony. Beds were ok and entire room was very clean. Personnel was very nice.

When you look for this accommodation on booking.com the first few (larger) pictures show you the Spa, which give the viewer a very nice impression of the hotel. However in the description of the hotel on booking.com nothing is mentioned about the spa, so do note that making use of the Spa is (in our view) an expensive addition to your stay, if you are making use of it. The Spa is located in the basement and actually we have not seen it. We think this all is a bit misleading in the advertising on booking, as the pictures of the spa prevail a bit.In addition, we spend four nights and the breakfast was ok but each time same, and sometimes we had the feeling the bread and/or cake was not always fresh. We visited the location in after-season and already had difficulty to find a parking sport, let alone when it's a high-season. Nevertheless, a solution is not easily made considering the accommodation is very much in the middle of small streets and other accommodations.

The location was great and it was very clean! Diego at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast was the same each day, but there was so much to choose from. We loved getting cappuccinos each morning with our meal. we also enjoyed the spa facilities one day with our couples massage. it was very relaxing.

The parking situation is a little tough. There is no designated parking for the hotel, but thankfully we weren't there during peak season. The pillows were completely flat and there wasn't really a blanket on the bed, more like a thick sheet. It was a weird in between of wanting to keep the AC on and door closed because of the outside noise, but finding the right temperature with such a thin cover.

    Modern apartment and new hotel.

Unfortunately parking is a bit tricky. Also they charge you for pool towels. Which hotel with 4 stars does this? And the breakfast was okay but not very special

Brand new nicely designed hotel with some constraints. Excellent location close to the beach and plenty of restaurants.

To sleep with open window was difficult due to noise from the pool area during the night. After complaining at the front desk they turned it off for one night. For such a small hotel we do not expect a broad offer for breakfast but the quality of the food should be good. Prepared fried and scrambled eggs were cold, canned fruit and after 9 am empty food barely refilled.

Amazing hotel in a great location with very short walk to many shops, restaurants, beach, and port. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Lovely new hotel with gorgeous pool and beautiful spa facilities. Very tranquil and relaxing, we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. Perfect location tucked in a side street, 5 min walk to the port. Loved the long breakfast hours and the staff were all delightful, helpful and welcoming.

Would have loved a bit more fresh fruit and bread for breakfast, but there was still plenty of choice

Amazing room with a real sea view around, spacious room, central location, very welcoming staff, especially Valentina and Diego

Breakfast selection could be adjust for those who prefer healthy food

Very clean rooms, friendly and flexible staff. Great drinks at the pool.

    8KatePosted on: 7-20-2024

Location, clean rooms and hotel, nice quiet pool area, staff more than happy to accomodate with the extra little things such as beach umbrellas or coolers.

Bed rooms need sheer Curtians or frosted glass around the patios. People can see right into rooms from the street or walking on the street. We had to keep the heavy Curtians closed all the time we were in our room for privacy which is not ideal.

We loved our stay at Margaida Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just a 1 minute walk to a beach, it is very modernly decorated and comfortable, breakfast variety is great and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Special mention for young Nikola in the bar who is very hardworking. The spa was also an added bonus and we enjoyed a wonderful couples massage which was so relaxing. An excellent hotel to base yourself for exploring Sardinia’s east coast.

beautiful brand new hotelimmaculate rooms of high quality. right next to the beachwarm and welcoming reception staff and owner

The woman working in the spa was so rude. Not only to us, but others too. Passive aggressive. blunt and patronising! She made us feel so uncomfortable that we were not able to use any of the Spa facilities whilst staying, as didn’t want to be anywhere near her. She told us to Shhh ? twice when we politely asked her to help. For this reason we would not recommend, as spent extra money on facilities that we were unable to use. very disappointing. The hotel staff apologised and kindly gave fee Sri is and city tax. however, it is completely unacceptable to be treated so rudely when we are such kind people.

I had booked a standard room and I was impressed with the size of the room. Overall the hotel had a nice feel and design.

The bed sheets were a bit rough and uncomfortable. I wish some basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and basic toiletries were provided.
