    • The hotel is well equipped and the staff are very friendly.
    • Location was good.

    Cons -

    • The actual hotel seems very tired. The rooms are definitely not a 4 star standard. The beds seem very cheap and uncomfortable. The food was low standard, I felt like we were eating school dinners from the 80’s
    • Too high deposit for pool towels. (€20 / person)The hotel made a mistake and took the deposit to my card more than once. (overbilling)I have noticed and contacted them later, but they have not responded at all. Very disappointed and unbelievable.Almost impossible to make reservations for outside the main dining
    • Old tired facilities and hotel. Food was very basic and if you dont eat chips and batter you're in trouble. Very expensive for what it was.

    Location, events every evening, staff

    1. Just 3 lifts for so many people, moreover most are families with small kids/buggies 2. Restaurant - couple of time got half raw meat or raw potatoes. Could have more fruits in season like cherries, strawberries, other berries

Many pool and especially for children. So if you are travelling with kids aged between 3 and 9 they will for sure enjoy them.

The pools, early May, were cold, the food could be much much better (breakfast ok, lunch and dinner to be improved). For a 4 star hotel staff should be more qualified or at least updated and trained with hotel informations.

Very nice accommodation, family rooms are nice and spacious! food (for buffet style) was really good. lot of choice and great variety. Gym was ok, sufficient for working out. swimming pools are nice and slides were nice as well. 16+ section was really nice with great food (poke bowl)

at the buffet, some tables were wet. rooms were noisy, we had toddlers next door and we were able to hear everything early morning…

beautiful location. incredible view from balcony. rooms are large enough to basically be 2 bedroom.

There is only 1 thing I didn’t like and that was the low grade alcohol selection. No real bartending, no draft beer, and if you wanted an actual cocktail you had to go to a specific bar and it was at an additional charge. I don’t think you should be called “all inclusive” if you have to pay additional for better drinks.

Hotel is not far away from little beach. Most guests are german speaking with rare english. One of the pools is surrounded by big pine trees that I personally love. Some dishes in restaurant was really tasty.

On checkin we were "upgraded" to very noisy room. Imagine having some loud machinery behind tiny wall in your bedroom. After short talk with manager they provided normal room. Still can't understand why they offering that noisy room in the first place. Oh and flies in outdoor restaurant.

Very friendly Staff around the hotel. Large hotel with a good choice of swimming pools. Beach is only few minutes walk.Kids friendly place, heaps of families.

I feel like food could be a better quality over all. There is a feel of a cheap buffet. and it's a same all majority of the time. Nothing really bad and you won't be hungry. But it feels very repetitive after a week and some dishes could be prepared a bit better IMO.There is a lot of stairs and not that many lifts for such a big hotel.half of kids game room isn't working. arcades are broken.

Great pool facilities. They were cold but useable even at the end of October. Less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful beach & clear blue sea. The overall cost represented good value for a family of 4 in October half term. The

The food selection was fairly good for an all-inclusive at this price but often luke warm. Didn't spoil the experience, just a shame as it would have been great if hot!

    7AnaPosted on: 10-31-2021

proximity to the beach, all inclusive allowing for actual relaxation where we don’t worry about scheduling, shopping or cooking and the exceptional kindness and dedication of the staff.

we went off season so all in all went well and not much to say but if something could be improved it would be the comfort of beds/mattresses for sofa-beds in family suites and including a better selection of wine and cava (brut/extra dry) and butter (instead of margarine) in the buffet and bar.

Too many children, no entertainment in the evening other than a show for kids.

Swim up room, closeness to a very nice little bay. Spa area very nice a place to get away from the kids..

    1AnnePosted on: 9-27-2021

    Not a lot

I booked in order to have breakfast and dinner alone as it was advertised. The adult only area is not any longer what you promised and the pool was not any longer for adults only. Instead you have moved the dult only to an insignificant place far away. The meals were very nosy.I also looked forward to the private pool which proved to be useless since one cannot swim in a 1 m deep pool,- I would call that rather dissapointing and not as advertised. In fact the hotell misrepresented itself also in the booking .com presentation. The hotel could ar best function as 3 star charter hotell.

everything was amazing! I would suggest if you want access to the adults only parts, to book an adults only suite as they can charge extra for certain bits.
