Nothing.. hotel stall was absent . Charged us for 4 bedsheets and 2 towels but gave us only one towel n 2 bedsheets. Place was horrible Parking was bad as cars were parked on two spots n we had to take a bad spot which damaged our car.

stinky, dirty and extremly uncomfortable

Location was good, close to where I needed to be.

I was arriving late and checkin is only 2 hours in the afternoon. Got an email that I need to arrange with facility to receive a code for a safe deposit with my rooms key inside. Noted late arrival while Booking, sent an email and got back a confirmation that it is OK, later made an online checkin via their app and again noting this and never got the code. Called them 100 times while driving with no ansswer from reception. Upon arrival there there called a number on the door of reception and got the code for safe deposit. Really not a fun experience when you travel more than 1.000km and know that you will be arriving after midnight but not knowing if you will have a place to sleep.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I left because I couldn't stand it the night I checked in. I chose to spend money to stay in another hotel. For details, please read my comments carefully and don't book this hotel.1. The house is on the mountain, with several independent houses. The room is very old and the hygiene is very poor, which is seriously inconsistent with the pictures.2. There are no sheets in the room, and the only covering is a thin blanket.3. There is no mobile phone signal in the room, no Wify.4. Security issues, the room has only a poor quality door lock, the front desk goes off work at 6 o'clock, and there is no security. There is not even Wify, and there is no camera. Such a hotel should not exist. Booking has not verified their pictures for a long time. The difference between the photos and the actual situation is too big.

Clean and spacious apartment

Towels and bed linen was available for extra charge €10 per person and it was 7 of us. No even hand soap in the toilets. Too far from any shops or restaurants.

Lovely quiet residence. Beautiful view of the golf course. Friendly tip, bring all essentials because closest shop in a 15min drive away. Pool area was spotlessly clean. Sports facility beside the residence which can cause some noise early in the morning but didn't bother us as we were getting up before 8am. If you want a quite section then request a house away from this side of the resort. Would happily come back again for another holiday.

A little isolated, a small mini shop on site would be perfect for small items that are needed on a daily basis.

Location

We have arrived at 10 pm. Nobody at the reception the key at her place after discussed with the hotel at 5pm. In the room NO bed linen. No solution to have bed linen that evening. No help from booking, other then 25€ of commercial help. We had to go somewhere else. Luckily we have found a hotel with bed linen and reception opened at that hour.

Disappointing

Location is very quiet, place is comfortable, but cleanliness leaves to be desired. The bathtub was clogged up (even for a short shower), there was no sponge or dishsoap in the kitchen and hence most of the plates and cutlery in the cupboards were dirty. When I pointed it out to the staff at reception they said it was not their fault but that of the previous guests. :( When I walked away they mumbled something about "trying to do everything right just to hear that".

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Couldn't be hapier how they treated us.

If I'm being picky, someone didn't clean out the coffee machine, meaning I had to clean it out, but that's all.

Location was convenient to the train station

Horrible facilities , no bed sheets or towels . You had to pay after we booked from booking . They charged us for 4 but gave only 2 . No staff present after 6 pm . Parking was bad we had to park at a spot with a short stand n it damaged our rental car .Absolutely disappointing

The area around and the houses needed some maintenance work on them. Nice and quiet place but sadly needed some improvements.

Vergane glorie

Everything dirty, in the fridge were still packages of ice-cream and in the cupboard sweets. Nothing was cleaned.You have to pay for the toilet paper! See picture.

The appartments are spacious and clean. I had a late arrival so very little interaction with the staff, but they were helpful and friendly. The whole residence is really nice and well located among beautiful landscapes. Obviously the highlight of the place is its great value for a very reasonable price.

The installations (shower, TV, closets) were pretty old and a bit decrepit. Still functional and clean but visibly used. Be careful as the listed price doesn't include any bed linens or towels - this is written on the listing but as fine print at the very bottom of the page, which I found a bit deceptive as on Booking.com we are used to renting hotel rooms where those things are included.

Staff, pool

Middle of nowhere, with no essentials on hand. No where to purchase water of food and the only restaurant on the golf course is closed on Sunday. No Uber or taxi responding. Very stressful

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much bother. The pool was great and the accommodation was very comfortable and spacious.

Some cleaning products in the apartment would have been good as we could not find any shops close at hand.

Good value for money. Key lock box worked well but took a bit of setting up as I think it is a new system or new management. Reception friendly and helpful next morning.

Better communication by email and messenger prior to setting off.
