Clean, great location and safe parking nearby

Close to tram line and a short walk to beach, we just needed somewhere to stay and this was sufficient. There was a fridge in room with coffee condiments. However at night the fridge was quite loud.

The room was a good size, there were a lot of signs stating no smoking in property yet hallway and the room we had smelt of smoke after returning from being out. Smoke smell appeared to come from bathroom vent.

Accessible to the beach town etc…. Code for the door easy to operate .. was worried about the stairs but it was perfectly fine. Loved the touch of sweets and a drink for New Year Thankyou

It is very central and clean.

The shower was pretty dangerous for an older woman. Difficult to get into and nothing to hold onto. I slipped a couple of times.

The room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The bed, though small, was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy and quick. Automatic check-in was straightfoward.

The room felt very small.

Great location, nice. Simple and clean

I requested two single beds and even put it as a request to make sure and they confirmed yes but on arrival it was two single beds placed together and couldn’t be separated and therefore was like a double. This was very disappointing as not what I wanted and was very uncomfortable.

Close to the tram station and short walk to the beach front. Easy to access via the code and always helpful answering my questions quickly on WhatsApp

there was an ant infestation. when texting the owner about the property i got no response, additionally the staff that regularly cleaned the room did not sort out the problem. additionally the mugs were never replaced and we were reusing mugs for the whole week

Very clean, large and comfortable bath, comfortable bed.

No elevator, very long staircase to the first floor.I spider fell on our bed and gave us a scare!

We made reservation after 3pm on the day of our stay. There was an immediate response from the hotel. As they do not have a receptionist present at the hotel at all times, we were given access code for the entrance and the room via What's Up. The communication was clear and quick.We were given really nice comfortable room with the view of park and sea in the distance.We found the room nice and clean. I was also pleased about their non smoking policy. The room had all facilities you would need for short stay...fridge. kettle, hair dryer, shampoos, even rack for drying clothes.The location was just perfect...2 min walk to tram that takes you to Alicante, supermarket just downstairs and short walk to sea front.I would always book this hotel if staying around El Campello.

Nothing, everything was just right.

Very comfortable and clean. Basically only booked because my Airbnb host cancelled on me last minute and I desperately needed a place to stay that wasn't too far. Lovely cleaning lady who let me sit in reception the next morning to find another place to stay and looked after my bags.

Absolutely AWFUL desk staff (man) in the morning. As I was sitting there finding another place to stay I got a wave of nausea and needed to go outside for fresh air. When I went back inside to collect my things to go he demanded I leave and said I took too much time etc. Poor empathy for guests.

We was very disappointed that we couldn’t get any English channels on the television The reason we was encourage to book this apartment was it advertised a flat screen television

Clean and tidy. Kettle in the room and fridge were good touches.

I didn't see anything warning of there being no lift and while it's only 1st floor, I wasn't prepared.for.carrying heavy suitcases upstairs. That should be made much clearer on the website.Ac was very noisy.Walls are so thin you can hear every word the guests in the adjacent rooms say, so it wasn't a great sleep on either night for me

The apartment was ideally located for the beach, parking and the tram to alicante or benidorm. (Parking 3euros per 24 hours)
