JovA Hotel Boutique

Location was really good and Staff was Friendly.Many of them do not speak English so its bit difficult for foreign travellers to communicate but overall was good.Very few options for vegetarian travellers in breakfast.

We chose this hotel for its excellent beach front location and stylish decor. The room was very comfortable and the public spaces plus Xarxa restaurant are beautifully furnished.

Nice laid back atmosphere good to have background music in dining areaRoom ok looking over the beach we could watch sunrise in bed which was very comfy a generally quite little hotel. The younger staff were very nice & engaging but all very efficient we were half board good breakfast selection nice fresh fruit cold meats & pastries good fruits juices & coffee machine. We had breakfast inside then sat outside for coffee on comfy seating looking over the prom & seaAs the hotel was also a restaurant you could breakfast until 11am same situation for evening meal 7 till 11All evening meals were served at your table from a different menu with other restaurant customers. The cleaning staff were excellent the bed changed regularly during our 11 day stay nice white towels big big bed all in all a good hotel

The breakfast although very good was exactly the same everyday it lacked hot food only warm bacon & scrambled egg I asked for poached eggs but was told not possibleAlso I wish mobile phone use was limited people staring at phones constantly also some on speaker phone the worst manners in a restaurant

Sunrise views over the sea were amazing. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfy and clean. Bathroom was stunning, and the bath was fantastic. Checking process was swift and friendly. Breakfast buffet was also amazing, a large selection of other good quality products and enjoyed in a comfy seating area with spectacular views.

The shower was difficult to find the correct temperature, it was a very small line between too hot and cold.

Beautiful & warm hotel, amazing sea views, and super friendly staff throughout including reception, catering, and management. Fantastic beeakfast spread & service. Super value.

Nothing really. (except if I was being picky, the toilets behind Reception area occasionally smelt a bit…damp & sewage/drain type smell). Wasn’t a major issue tho.

I had a sea view room. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and there is also has a fridge in the room. The room overlooks the beach, so you can hear the rustle of the ways all the time, which is quite cool.

There is no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room. Bring your own hair conditioner, as there is only Rituals shower gel, shampoo amd a hand gel in the bathroom. The restaurant is playing music, so consider that if you are sensitive to noise.

TV entertainment was not so good. Limited parking options near the hotel.

Breakfast buffet very good, great location on the sea front, just a few steps to the beach.

The room was a good size with large very comfy bed. Great bathroom with walk in shower. Great sea view and roomy balcony. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice and a good variety of food. Very nice terrace restaurant

As we retire earlier than midnight the music from the restaurant could be heard clearly in our room. It did stop at midnight

The location was perfect. The hotel has all the modern facilities but has managed to keep the feel of traditional Spain.

Sometimes the base sound from the music in the communal area penetrated Into our room above and that was all you could hear. The music played all day and was a little repetitive. The music did stop at a reasonable time in the evening. Not sure if it would have continued later into the night in high season? It was only noted during siesta time. Not a massive issue. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a bonus and maybe drinks in the mini bar.

Hotel is the best located and best looking in El Campello. The hotel restaurant is top rated in the area and really worth visiting

From hospitality point of view is still big space to improve.As hotel guest you never felt welcome in the restaurant - sometimes we were even moved at another table in a corner - even so the restaurant was just 30% occupied.Nobody remembered even our names, room number or similar. And this after 7 days.Menu for Hotel guests is just in Spanish and was 7 days the same.

Great location facing the beach. Very clean and recently refurbished to a high standard.

The modern design of our room was lovely but we would have preferred a proper wardrobe for clothes storage. Hanging clothes on exposed rails made the room look a bit untidy. The buffet breakfast was nice but the hot food on offer was limited only only slightly warm.

Love the Jova stayed there at least twice a year for the last 3 years, Staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. Rooms are spotless and the sea view is to die for in the summer or winter too. Excellent breakfast and foods is top notch, back at the Jova in December happy days.
