Clean resort apartment with full facilities like a home, good value for the price, spectacular view from the baclany. My only complaint is

Check out time of 10:00 am is too early for travelers spending only one night here.

Location

Check in at 5 pm is too late and checking out at 10 too early!!We customers pay for entire days and I feel cheated with these regulations Also, at 10 I went to check out and told the receptionist I had to go back to the apartment to get my bag. when I went to the door, the key was deactivated!! I was later told that at 10 am the policy is to deactivate all the doors. That policy sounds too extreme to us

There are fundamental failures in guest-protection procedures. During multiple stays, the front desk demonstrated an inability to accurately track active reservations, room occupancy, and authorization status.The most alarming event occurred when a staff member entered my room while it was occupied and without consent, despite prior written confirmation of my continued stay. This indicates a breakdown in basic access control and raises serious concerns about who is able to enter guest rooms and under what conditions.This type of failure goes beyond inconvenience. It reflects a lack of safeguards that should never occur in a professionally managed hotel. Guests should seriously consider whether privacy, security, and personal boundaries are being properly enforced.This experience left me questioning the safety standards in place for any guest staying here.

Awfull / Scary / terrible , staff

There are serious deficiencies in basic hotel control systems that directly affect guest safety and privacy. Over multiple stays, I observed repeated breakdowns in front-desk procedures, including confusion over active reservations, room status, and guest presence.The most disturbing incident occurred when a staff member accessed my room while it was occupied and without my consent, despite prior written communication confirming my continued stay. This indicates a failure in access authorization, room-status verification, and internal safeguards.This is not a service-quality issue — it is a procedural and security failure. If staff cannot reliably determine whether a room is occupied before entering it, guests should question how access is managed, who can enter rooms, and under what controls.As a guest, this created a strong sense of vulnerability rather than comfort. The lack of clear boundaries and protocol enforcement is deeply concerning.

Terrible staff

The worse service and staff I have ever encountered, even law violation in privacy , if you have kids be carefull the might walk into the room with out permission and see them sleeping or naked , they are rude , incompetent and no service what so ever

The staff it’s the worst I have ever encountered! They even when into my room with proper permit several times even with me at the shower , rude , bad responses , no help completely bad staff ! Stay in the hotel next door better

The staff it’s terrible ! They have no common sense they lack of system use and they are very disrespectful to the client am only talking about the reception staff , un professional very bad coroner service

The worst experience ever with staff / violation of privacy

The management of the front desk represents a serious operational and security risk. Across multiple stays, I experienced repeated administrative failures, lack of coordination, inconsistent instructions, and poor handling of reservations and room assignments.The most alarming incident involved a front-desk employee entering my room without authorization while it was occupied, despite prior written communication confirming my continued stay. This constitutes a clear breach of guest privacy and raises serious concerns regarding safety, internal controls, and staff training.Such conduct is not a minor service issue; it reflects systemic management failures and a lack of basic protocols expected in any professional hospitality operation. The reception staff demonstrated behavior incompatible with internationally accepted hotel standards.From a guest-safety and privacy perspective, this is one of the most concerning experiences I have encountered in any hotel worldwide.

The location of the flat was fantastic, right by the sea. The spa was rather basic. The rooms do not provide double beds for couples, and the breakfast at the bar was rather poor, and we asked just coffee, toast and omelette.

Views exceptional. Aircon exceptional. Facilities exceptional. Cleanliness exceptional. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable stay. Quiet, tranquil. Easy access to the beach.

The room wasn't available at check-in time, had to wait 2 hours. No microwave in the kitchen. Be aware that there are lots of hills, and a car is essential.

I loved the location and the private beach. Also the room was very nice especially the ocean view terrace. The market they have on the property was convenient for us to grab quick bottles of water. The market, restaurant, and maintenance staff were very nice. The only reason I gave a 6 rating is based on the beach and location otherwise I would have rated much much lower.

The staff at the front desk was rude and not very welcoming or happy. The first night we got locked in our bedroom ( the bedroom door broke) thankfully we were able to escape through the patio door in the bedroom because had there not been a door there, we would have been trapped. The rooms don't have phones to reach the front desk, instead they give you a WhatsApp number. I called and texted but never got a response. The first night we were told we couldn't eat at the restaurant because it was reservation only, but the next day they sat us without a reservation, so there was some confusion there. During my last day I went to use the gym and although there were AC units in there, none of them worked. It was 90 degrees in the gym and again I tried to use the WhatsApp number but no response until later that evening. Lastly the water pressure in the shower was not good

The property is very nice, the location is amazing

The shower system really needs to be changed. we didn't like it, it took at least 3 minutes for the water to get warm.The beds are not great, but good enough.

Amazing facilities and the small bay!SPA superb!

Stuff in breakfast cafeteria is not kind and friendly ?Be ready to wash the cutleries, plates before check out ?Also we had to though out rubbish into the bin container in 4* hotel.Still we recommend, area and resort are amazing!

Amazing terrace, beach just in front of it, Veronica from the kids club Mio was great- such an amazing energy- kids loved her and still keep on mentioning their time at Mio mini club! Mio mini club opening hours are great too! The apart hotel is perfect for the ones who come by car and can freely go to grocery shopping in about 10min drive to the closest big supermarkets.

The swimming pool could have been a bit cleaner

This place is just awesome !!! Right on the beack + 2 very nice pools. Real vacation mode in Spain. Nice and beautiful people everywere. Super comfort apartment with the perfect balcony to the beach.

Second time staying here. Loved the Location, view, restaurants, parking availability, beach, balcony

Few towels available, a bit worn off outside furniture, the most important of all: there are no child security measures for doors, windows, etc. They can easily be opened and managed by toddlers. Second locks should be placed higher in doors, so they can't be opened by little children, and be safe within the apartment. Also it would be nice to add a second mirror in the room and hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

The layout was great. Great pool and location.

The location is great, the beach is amazing for small children, the kitchen was nice it has most things needed except a mope for the floor and scissors and functional bottle opener.

We got a handicap room, the layout was horrible, as the toilet was inside the room and we were a party of 4, and to go to the toilet you needed to go to the room and everyone was awake during the night time, also the bathroom did not have any curtain, and the design was not functional as when you showered, all the water splashed everywhere because there was no curtain, and the design was bad as there was no height difference between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom.When i went to the front desk (lady in the afternoon) she said this is luck and like a lottery, i mentioned that we had a child and it was too dangerous to take a shower for a 75 year old, and no help was provided. As the room was not changed i requested to have at least a mope to dry the floor, it arrived on the 7th day, and only the mop without the basket or the a "Handle mop" only the cloth.One day prior leaving we were asked to leave the room by 10 and we were to leave it clean without the proper equipment, ah and they give 2 tables for the dish washer and expect that you leave all dishes clean, i requested more and they said it is a courtesy to get 2 at the beginning. The same applies to toilet paper, hand soap, and the shampoo was 30ml for a group of 4 people for 8 days, what a deal!! No kitchen towels were provided. Coffee capsules were not original. The lady i spoke was not nice and she said that this is how this works, and implied i had no experience in this type of hotels, and told her this was my first time in a hotel that did not provide daily maintenance to cleaning supplies or cleaning at all, in 8 days we only got a change in towel, and for the bed lining an extra change was to be paid.

The overall facilities was very good and staff was very helpful and cooperative.

The pool made al 4 kids from 2 families sick. I believe the cleanliness of the pool water needs to be checked
